Input all new stores into ServiceChannel utilizing information pulled from Accruent; update as necessary. Set up service provider relationships for all s tores. Contact possible new service providers and set up meetings and/or request inform ation. Set up meetings and conference calls; send out meeting requests and schedule con ference rooms; prepare agendas. Send out Vendor Packages to new service providers, and set new providers up in S erviceChannel, ensuring they have signed the proper paperwork and have proper in surance in place.
