According to the study of Edsel Maurice Tanghal Salvana, in a recent review of the HIV situation in the
Philippines, Farr and Wilson noted that this type of epidemiology, coupled with increasing casual sex activity, poor condom use, poor education and an inadequate public health response, make the occurrence of a large HIV epidemic just a matter of time. (actamedicaphilippina.com.ph/sites/default/files/HIV-Elimination.pdf)

These factors above are the main ingredients for the widespread emergence of HIV in the Philippines. Social networking is also blamed for the rise of HIV in this country. According to a study conducted by the Department of Health, the mushrooming of social networking sites, which cater to people looking for sex partners, has been pinpointed as one of the major factors in the rise of HIV/AIDS cases in the Philippines, Dr. Eric Tayag, director of the National Epidemiology Center (NEC), told a seminar for media on HIV/AIDS Thursday. Citing a study that the Department of Health conducted last year, Tayag said online social networking sites are creating new opportunities, particularly for men having sex with men (MSM), to meet sex partners. (http://technology.inquirer.net/19126/social-networking-linkedto-hiv-rise-in-philippines) It is clearly stated that social networking sites opens an opportunity to the rise of HIV/AIDS in
the country as not using condoms, multiple sex partners, men having sex with men and injecting drug users. Most at risk group includes men who have sex with men (MSM), because they are having an unprotected sex with men. Another at-risk group are injecting drug users since they usually share one injection in injecting their drugs. Sex workers, because of their infrequent condom use, high rates of sexually transmitted infections (STIs). Sex workers met hundreds or thousands of men without knowing one of them have this kind of infection. 3.The most effective way or method to fight HIV infection according to (http://oderog.hubpages.com/hub/The-most-effective-HIVAIDS-prevention-methods) change in behaviour, have safe sex, food security, proper education about HIV/AIDS and fighting back HIV. In summary, these methods will help the person to change his/her lifestyle and to have a better understanding about the epidemic infection HIV/AIDS. If these methods will be follow solely, this will help decrease the percentage of HIV/AIDS victims in our country. 5. The Church teaches about sexuality and sexual behaviour outside of marriage and how a married couple should act when they have this feeling of desire for their partners, since sexual capacity enables human persons to participate in the good of marital communion, Christian married couples should engage in sexual acts which are conducive to that good and are otherwise reasonable, but should avoid all other sexual activity. The Unmarried Should Never Engage in Any Sexual Act

Masturbation
Pornography

These three teachings is interrelated with each other because the third teaching of the church is all about the unmarried that should never engage in any sexual act like watching pornography that simulates the sexual acts from the intimacy of the partners and will surely lead to another grave disorder act which is masturbation. Masturbations, deliberates stimulation of the genital organs in order to derive sexual

pleasure. For the unmarried, all sexual acts are wrong because in one or another way they violate the good of marriage, that is, the good of fully personal one-flesh communion realized in true marital acts. Sexual acts outside marriage also may violate various other goods.
