> Agree the boundaries of the project and assign clear responsibilities for risk management > Analyse risks and ensure safety has a high priority against other business and governance risks > Develop a safety message which is project specific > Recruit competent people at all stages of the project > Ensure a shared understanding of the risk assessment > Update, during the project , the skills and experience of personnel and teams > Develop a communications strategy
