EMERGENCY PETITION FOR A WRIT OF MANDAMUS
FRAP 21. Writs of Mandamus and Prohibition, and Other
Extraordinary Writs
(a) Mandamus or Prohibition to a Court: Petition, Filing, Service, and
Docketing.
(1) A party petitioning for a writ of mandamus or prohibition directed to a
court must file a petition with the circuit clerk with proof of service on all
parties to the proceeding in the trial court. The party must also provide a
copy to the trial-court judge. All parties to the proceeding in the trial court
other than the petitioner are respondents for all purposes.
(2)
(A) The petition must be titled "In re [name of petitioner]."
(B) The petition must state:
(i) the relief sought;
(ii) the issues presented;
(iii) the facts necessary to understand the issue presented by the petition;
and
(iv) the reasons why the writ should issue.

(C) The petition must include a copy of any order or opinion or parts of
the record that may be essential to understand the matters set forth in the
petition.
(3) Upon receiving the prescribed docket fee, the clerk must docket the

(c) Other Extraordinary Writs.
An application for an extraordinary writ other than one provided for in
Rule 21 (a) must be made by filing a petition with the circuit clerk with
proof of service on the respondents. Proceedings on the application must
confonn, so far as is practicable, to the procedures prescribed in Rule
2l(a) and (b).
(d) Form of Papers; Number of Copies.
All papers must conform to Rule 32(c)(2). Except by the court's
permission, a paper must not exceed 30 pages, exclusive of the disclosure

Case at hand relates to the most important breach of the U.S. National security in
the history of this nation. Complaint, 90 pages of exhibits and additional
information provided in the case entail sworn affidavits from Sheriff Joseph Arpaio
of Maricopa County Arizona, Senior Deportation officer with 30 years of
experience John Sampson, Licensed investigator Susan Daniels, Investigator Mike
Zullo, Typewriting and typesetting expert with 57 years of experience, former
NSA employee Paul Irey and many others. All of the evidence submitted to the
court shows that Barack Hussein Obama, who is about to be inaugurated as the
U.S. President in a few days is a citizen of Indonesia, who is using a last name not
legally his, he is using a Connecticut Social Security number xxx-xx-4425 which
was issued in 1977 to an elderly resident of Connecticut born in 1890 and which
was never assigned to Barack Obama according to E-Verify and SSNVS, Selective
service application allegedly submitted by Obama represents a forgery, a postal
stamp on the alleged Selective service Application of Barack Obama is a two digit
year stamp instead of a four digit year stamp, which is a forgery. All of the

evidence in the case points to the fact that Barack Obama is committing a massive
elections fraud and he is aided and abetted by a number of governmental officials.
Dr. Orly Taitz, ESQ, petitioner herein, is a doctor and an attorney who spent four
years investigating fraud committed by Obama and fraud committed by individuals
aiding and abetting him. Taitz was subjected to intimidation, harassment,
tampering with her business, tampering with her car, she was defamed and subject
to retaliation for bringing forward to different courts and to the public at large
evidence of forgery and fraud in Obama' s IDs. Taitz filed the case at hand in
February 2012 and amended complaint in April 2012. Defendants removed the
case from the Superior court of Mississippi to the Federal court, US district Court.
First amended complaint filed in April of 2012 contained causes of action for
Racketeering, whereby Plaintiffs alleged that defendants engaged in a racketeering
scheme to defraud U.S. citizens by use of forged IDs and a stolen Connecticut
Social Security number by Barack Hussein Obama, aka Barack (Barry) Soetoro,
aka Barack (Barry) Obama Soebarkah. All of the defendants were served,
Commissioner of Social Security was served. All of the other defendants, who
were served together with the Commissioner of Social security, responded.
Commissioner of Social security never filed an answer or any other responsive
pleadings. Plaintiffs filed a notice of default and a motion for Default Judgment
against the Commissioner of Social Security Michael Astrue. Motion for default

Judgment and post judgment discovery was filed on 12.12.2012 and a redacted
motion was filed on 12.14.2012 (exhibit 1). Plaintiff petitioner is seeking an
emergency writ of Mandamus from this court to expedite the ruling on the motion
for Default judgment and Post Judgment discovery, as it represents a matter
paramount for the U.S. National Security, it relates to Barack Hussein Obama's use
of a Social Security number which was never assigned to him and it has to be
decided and post judgment discovery has to be conducted in less than two weeks
before Obama's taking the oath of the U.S. President on January 20.213. Enormous
implication to the U.S. National Security warrants granting a motion for a WRIT
OF MANDAMUS TO THE LOWER COURT TO EXPEDITE RULING.

MANDAMUS AND PROHIBITION,
AND OTHER EXTRAORDINARY
WRITS
Petition for Writ. The petition must contain a certificate of interested
persons as described in 5TH CIR. R. 28.2.1. The certificate of interested persons
and the items required by
5TH CIR. R. 21 do not count toward the page limit.
In addition to the items required by FED. R. APP. P. 21, the application
must contain a copy of any memoranda or briefs filed in the district court
supporting the application to that court for relief and any memoranda or briefs
filed in opposition, as well as a transcript of any reasons the district court gave for
its action.
Writ of Mandamus to expedite is warranted, as Barack Hussein Obama is
about to be sworn in as the next U.S. President, The swearing in ceremony is
scheduled for January 20, 2013.
The issue of Obama using a Social Security number, which was never
assigned to him has to be heard before the swearing in ceremony.

", mandamus may be available where 'a discovery question is of
extraordinary significance or there is extreme need for reversal of the district
court's mandate before the case goes to judgment."' Ibid. (quoting von Bulow,
828 F .2d at 97). Supreme Court of the United States has granted Motions
for Extraordinary Writ of Mandamus in cases involving substantial questions of
national importance Dames and Moore v Regan 453 U.S. 654 (1981); United
States v Nixon 418 U.S. 683 (1974); Youngstown Co v Sawyer, 343 U.S. 579
(1952); Ex Parte Quirin 317 U.S. 1(1942)
This is the most extraordinary matter involving substantial questions of
National Importance: a foreign national using forged Selective Service
Certificate, forged birth certificate and a stolen Social Security number is about to
be sworn in for four more years. Writ of Mandamus to expedite Default Judgment
and Post Judgment discovery will allow a final definitive adjudication of the
matter. Plaintiffs sought production of SS-5, application for the Social Security
number, which was used by Barack Obama since 1980s, used in his tax returns as
late as 2009, while in the White House, but was never assigned to him according
to E-verify and SSNVS
If this court does not grant the motion, this court will become complicit in
the cover up of fraud and forgery in Obama' s IDs.

BRIEF IN SUPPORT OF DEFAULT JUDGMENT AND MOTION TO COMPEL PRODUCTION OF DOCUMENTS
AS PART OF POST JUDGMENT DISCOVERY
1. Defendant Michel Astrue, commissioner of Social Security, was served on October 9 2012, by
professional process service through the office of the U.S. Attorney/Department of Justice in

10. Obama's use of a stolen Social Security number and cover up of this fact is the basis of the RICO
conspiracy, which included harassment, intimidation, persecution and financial damages to
Plaintiff Taitz .
11. Without a motion to compel Taitz would not be able to obtain necessary information.
Additionally, now there is evidence of defendants and their accomplices spoliating, destroying
evidence. Recently some of the RICO co-conspirators took down a website "Fogbow" with a
clear intent to destroy evidence. Similarly, Affidavits of Investigator Zullo (Exhibit 4) and Expert
Blake (Exhibit 5 ) show a pattern of obstruction of Justice, evasion of law enforcement.

image file. Page II ofthe second above document is identical to page 4 of the third
document. For convenience I will denote the two copies that I recently examined as
(page 8) and as (page 411 1).
IV. The alterations made to the White House LFCOLB PDF image to create the (page 8)
image copy are incidental.
1. The (page 8) image copy is otherwise identical to the white House image except for the
"Case Label" added at the top margin.
2. Only the Case label is selectable by mouse and cursor on (page 8)
3. The (page 8) image copy was altered to make the (page 4/11) image copy.
V. I found that the alterations to the (pageS) image copy to create the (page 4111) image
copy are extensive as follows:
1. A second Case Label was added
2. The (page 8) image \Vas "flattened, rasterized and green color was added
3. The color of all text was changed from near-Black to Black-Green
4. Numerous torm lines were repaired or replaced entirely
5. The basket-weave background was softened and touched up
6. Specific words were made selectable by mouse and cursor in Adobe Reader
7. Hidden editing was applied (see 8.- 11. below):
