To provide for the equality of all votes in presidential elections through adding a 28th amendment to the United States Constitution
The language that has been removed from the Constitution per the directive of the preceding section shall be replaced by the following language upon the passing and ratification of this Amendment: Article II, Section 1, Clause 2: Each voter in each State
shall vote for President and Vice President of the United States on the same ticket (President and Vice President together). On Election Night, the States are permitted to engage in live reporting of election results only after all polls have closed in their own state, and a winner may be determined on Election Night. shall be counted, tabulated, and reported by the Secretary of State and proper electoral officials in each State according to currently used processes in each State. The results must then be certified according to each states current practices

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the "Electoral Equality Amendment". SEC. 2. The following sections shall be removed from the Constitution of the United States Constitution (hereafter referred to as the Constitution) Amendment: upon the passing and ratification of this
