Further the Plaintiffs, wio M.Manomani SP Shanmugakesari and Manimekalai at all material times did not agree to administer Defendants Deceased Estates. 15. In no event shall the Plaintiffs, M.Manomani w / o SP Manimekalai Shanmugakesari and never gave permission to the Defendants to apply for Letters of Administration and also never release the rights to administer the Estate of Deceased Huta. 16.
