The Keenan Auction Company is pleased to offer by Sealed Bid Sale Deck Systems Technology for Pre-assembled Deck Rail Systems. A description of the offering has been enclosed for your review. If you would like to submit a sealed bid for the Deck Systems Technology, the following procedures will apply: Please complete the enclosed sealed bid form, which must be sealed in an envelope and labeled as follows: Sealed Bid - (your name) A deposit of 10% (ten percent) of your bid amount, Non-refundable as to the winning bidder, in CASH or CERTIFIED U.S. FUNDS made payable to the Keenan Auction Company must accompany your sealed bid. Place the deposit in a separate envelope labeled as follows: Sealed Bid Deposit - (your name) Mail or hand deliver both envelopes to: Keenan Auction Company, One Runway Road, South Portland, Maine 04106. Bids may be hand delivered at the bid-opening site at 245 Intervale Rd. New Gloucester, ME on Thursday, March 7, 2013 before 1PM. TERMS: All bids must be received no later than Thursday, March 7, 2013 by 1:00PM. Bid opening will be conducted on the same day. The balance of the accepted bid will be due and payable on or before Friday, March 8, 2013 by 3PM in CASH or CERTIFIED U.S. FUNDS. All bids subject to confirmation of Seller.
