Text All section text should be typed in Times New Roman 12 font, with single-spaced lines and justified. Page breaks should be used between main sections. Margins should be 2.5 cm in all directions, with portrait orientation (except when necessary for tables - see below). Pages for main body of report should be numbered. Citations All citations in the text should refer to: 1. Single author: the author's name (without initials, unless there is ambiguity) and the year of publication; 2. Two authors: both authors' names and the year of publication; 3. Three or more authors: first author's name followed by "et al." and the year of publication. Groups of references should be listed first alphabetically, then chronologically. More than one reference from the same author(s) in the same year must be identified by the letters "a", "b", "c", etc., placed after the year of publication (Gwynn, 2002, 2005; Isaksson, 2002a, 2002b; Gwynn & Isaksson, 2005; Isaksson et al., 2007). Figures Figures should be sufficiently large so that all text within the figure is easy to read, but do not increase the size of figures so that the figure is outside the text margins. If using text boxes to insert figures, insert text boxes in line with text and not in front of text. If possible insert figures directly in document or use tables to house figures. Captions for figures should be placed below the figure and should be typed in Times New Roman font 10, as follows.

Tables Tables should be set out so that data in tables is easy to understand and clearly presented. Avoid using fonts smaller than 9 to accommodate text in columns. Tables should not exceed text margins. If necessary, place tables on separate pages using landscape orientation. Captions for tables should be placed above the table and should be typed in Times New Roman font 10, as follows.

Footnotes should be placed beneath the table and should be typed in Times New Roman font 10. Conclusion All reports should end with a concluding statement regarding the outcome of the activity. This can also include possible future steps required. Acknowledgements
