The CPA Exam


To become a CPA, candidates must pass a rigorous, four-part exam called the Uniform CPA Examination that is prepared and administered by the American Institute of Certied Public Accountants (AICPA). For the rst time in history, the CPA Exam will be offered in select locations worldwide. The CPA Exam has also been transformed to include major structure, functionality and format changes (computer-based testing).
