Tesco having their business in 13 different countries and we have our main business in food and grocery. The project provides maintenance support to the retail applications like RMS, ReSA and RPM for Tesco stores across the globe. The main purpose of the project is to customize the oracle products to suit the business needs of the Tesco and providing quick bug fixing for these applications. Project covers the customization in code as per bug fixes and releases the new version of code and deploys the code into the production environment. Develop PL/SQL packages for closing the Purchase Orders. Develop PL/SQL packages for resolving the ReSA errors. Debugging large PL/SQL packages for identifying and resolving the issue/bugs. Unit testing for any new release or bug fix code. Developing manual report (SQL) as per business user need. Resolving the incidents and service request raised by business user.
