24/7 Access to Fitness Center, PT room, steam room, and shower Pool accessible during staffed hours (Mon Fri 8am-11pm)

GOLD:
24/7 Access to Fitness Center, PT room, steam room, and shower Pool accessible during staffed hours (Mon Fri 8am-11pm) Valley Fitness Center bag and bottle Exercise consultation from licensed Physical Therapist which includes: o One time exercise consultation discussing goals and objectives for monthly plan o Development of a Target Heart Rate for cardiovascular exercise o Monitored heart rate and blood pressure upon request o Access to therapist is during PT hours (Mon, Wed, Thur 8am-6pm and Tues, Fri 8am-1pm)
