Questions: Are you retrofitting an e xisting hotspot? Does the area around hotspot need flood protection? Does the hotspot contain fluid storage with considerable weight? Does the hotspot consist of i nstallations i nstead of buildings? Is there a possibility for or availability of permanent water? Does the ground floor need to contain vital functions? Is space around the hotspot permanently available? Is space around the hotspot available i n case of flooding? Is vehicle access vital during flood? Hotspot with permanent rail connection above ground l evel? Is the hotspot situated underground?
