Analysis of site To realize your desalination station, we will provide first to examine the site of installation. Geological analysis of that area are very important to develop the best project and offer the best solution. These type of information should be analyzed in different time of the year, due the matter that working contidions can be different season by season. 2. Design and drawing Full and detailed drawing will be realized by our staff, about: - civil works required - parts and components realization - equipment installation Based on our 3D drawing your staff will be able to realize the civil works required for the correct installation of the components and equipments of station. At same time, will be realized also the drawings about the parts of the plants to manufacture, like the structures for the vessel or bases for pumps, etc. 3. Civil works and realization procedures We will provide to supply the exact procedures for the the civil works and the realization of the parts required for the installation of the plant. These procedures together with the 3D drawings will permit to your staff to realize the work required. 4. Supervision All the procedures required for the realization of the station, like the civil works and the realization of the parts, will be supervised by our technical staff, to be sure that time and way in the realization are respected. 5. Order list together with the procedures you will get also the list of the orders of materials to purchase to suppliers. This procedure permits you to purchase the materials directly to the most important brand suppliers and get maximum discount (OEM discount). This allows to halve the costs of realization

1 ANALYSIS OF INSTALLATION AREA

Full an detailed analysis of area of installation The area of installation of the new desalination station, is very important and particular attention and analysis have to be performed. Geological and sea water analysis made in different time of the year and seasons are the basic job to develop to prepare the correct bases for the best project. Below its indicated the way of a pipeline to link the area site with the wells area.

Different solutions are possible according the philosophy in the design of the desalination station. Every section is clearly identified and readable and offer immediately vision about the working.

Some parts and components according the size and capacity of the station can be prepared in our factory Below is visible the preparation of 3x1500m3/day sea water desalination station that then will be composed on the site. in this case pre-treatment station composed by sand filters is placed outside the contyainers.
