E FACTORY, YEDDUMAILARAM, MEDAK invites ON-LINE application from the eligible Citizens of India for filling up the following vacancies in Group C Industrial Establishment (IE). (a) The number of vacancies mentioned above is provisional. The General Manager, Ordnance Factory, Yeddumailaram, Medak Dist reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of vacancies, if necessary (b) The General Manager, Ordnance Factory, Yeddumailaram reserves the right to modify/alter/restrict/ cancel the recruitment process, if need so arises, without issuing any further notice or assigning any reason thereafter. The decision of GM/OFMK will be final and no appeal will be entertained against this issue. All disputes will be subject to Hyderabad jurisdiction. (c) Reservation of Physically Handicapped and Ex-servicemen falls under category of horizontal reservation which cuts across vertical reservation i.e. reservation of SC/ST/OBC (in what is called inter-locking reservation). The person selected against the PH and Ex-servicemen quota has to be placed in the appropriate category of General (unreserved) /SC /ST/OBC as the case may be.

An application Fee of Rs.50/- (Rupees Fifty only) to be paid through Demand Draft only, in favour of THE GENERAL MANAGER,ORDNANCE FACTORY,YEDDUMAILARAM,MEDAK payable at State Bank of Hyderabad , Yeddumailaram Branch (code 20537) . However, Candidates belonging to SC/ST/PH/Ex-Servicemen are exempted from paying application fee. They must enclose proof of the same along with the online generated application form. The application fee is non refundable. One recent passport size scanned photograph (not more than three months old) to be uploaded in the space earmarked in the application format. Scanned signature and thumb impression in digital format is to be uploaded in the space earmarked in the application format.

(04) SCHEME OF EXAMINATION The selection will be made purely on basis of merit obtained by the candidate in Written Examination. The selection process shall comprise of Written Test of 100 marks and Trade Test (practical). Written Test shall be fully objective type and OMR based. On the basis of merit list based on marks obtained in Written Test, candidates @ 1.25 times the number of vacancies shall be called for Trade Test (Practical). General Geography (H) TRADE TEST As per trade test specifications, an unskilled workman will be mainly engaged on handling/shifting of material. He will also be required to clean machines, floors of shop/areas around machines and other similar places, if and as necessary. The trade test will be designed accordingly to test the aptitude of the candidate. (05). GUIDELINES FOR FILLING ONLINE APPLICATION. Eligible applicants are required to apply On-Line only. Application received through any other mode will not be accepted under any condition ii. (c) Should have latest self attested passport size colour photograph as well as his/her signature & thumb impression in digital format as specified in the website for uploading the Application Form. (d) The On-line registration site will remain open as mentioned above in the Important Dates schedule for different posts from 00.00 Hrs of the On-Line registration opening Date to 23.59 Hrs Midnight of the On-Line registration closing Date. (e) The candidate should cross check the information furnished in the Application form before finally submitting the same as no correction will be possible later. (f) After applying On-line, the candidate is required to download the duly filled Application form registration number to be noted for future reference. (g) Employment Exchange sponsored candidates should enter OFPM letter No. and Sl. No. as mentioned in the letter in addition. i.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS TO THE CANDIDATES/APPLICANTS:i) Before applying for the said post, the candidates should read carefully all the instructions to satisfy themselves about their eligibility for the post so as to avoid any disappointment at a later stage. ii) Candidates appearing for written test, physical test/trade test will travel on their own expenses. However, SC/ST candidates will be paid traveling allowance of Second Class (IInd Class) Railway/Bus Fare as per rules for onward and return journey performed by shortest route on production of Journey details as well as Railway Receipt/Bus Fare Tickets. The reimbursement of journey fare for first 30 kms of each side not payable. The candidate belong SC/ST category should produce tickets at the Examination Hall to claim re-imbursement of traveling fare, failing which traveling allowance will not be reimbursed. iii) Submission of any false/incorrect/dubious information in the applications form shall disqualify the candidate at any stage of selection process. iv) Government Servant must obtain NOC, pertaining to release in case of selection, from their employer before applying for any post. v) The applicants should keep visiting OFMK Website www.ofmedak.gov.in for important announcement/information throughout the selection process at its various stages. vi) New entrants to Government Service, entering on or after 01.01.2004 will be governed by New Pension Scheme termed as Defined Contribution Pension Scheme and existing provisions of CCS (Pension Rules), 1972 will not be applicable. vii) DOCUMENTS TO BE ATTACHED ALONGWITH ONLINE REGISTRATION SLIP : 1. Original Demand Draft (whichever is applicable), in original for GEN/OBC candidates. 2. Attested copies of the following documents / certificates are to be enclosed. a. Copy of Caste / Community Certificate (Applicable for SC/ST/OBC(Non-Creamy Layer candidates) d. Copy of Disability certificate, if applicable. e. Copy of Discharge certificate for Ex-Servicemen, if applicable. viii) Along with Online Registration Slip the above mentioned documents are to be attached and the same will be send to THE GENERAL MANAGER, ORDNANCE FACTORY, YEDDUMAILARAM, MEDAK DIST 502 205, ANDHRA PRADESH before the date specified herein. ix) The General Manager, Ordnance Factory, Yeddumailaram shall not be responsible for any postal delay/failure/loss. x) Ex-Servicemen certificates & Discharge Certificate should have been issued by the Competent Authorities.. xi) Only selected candidates will be informed of their selection in due course and no other correspondence on the subject would be entertained. xii) Canvassing in any form will disqualify the candidature. xiii) The services after appointment are liable to be transferred to any other Ordnance Factories in India, subject to exigencies.

CANCELLATION OF CANDIDATURE : The candidate should submit online generated application form along with application fee (DD), attested copies of certificates pertaining to educational qualifications, Caste certificate in case of SC/ST/OBC, discharge book/certificate in case of ExServicemen . Candidature of the candidate shall be summarily cancelled on following grounds. i) ii) iii) iv) v) vi) vii) viii) If, online registration slip along with relevant documents are not received on or before the last date. If, the age of the candidates is found to exceed the prescribed age limit on final scrutiny. If the candidate does not found to possess the essential qualification on final scrutiny. In case the candidate is found using unfair means or adopting any malpractice at any stage of selection process. If Photo, Signature & thumb impression are not uploaded in the application form. If the application does not accompany with the DD of Rs.50/- except in case of SC, ST, PH/Ex-Servicemen and Sangareddy employment exchange sponsored candidates. If discharge book/certificate in case of Ex-Servicemen is not enclosed and caste certificate of not < 3 years are not enclosed with application forms sent by post as on last date of application fee. If Photo,Signature & Thumb impression are not clearly visible and/or does not match with the size mentioned in the website.
