Dear Sir; This is in relation with various ROW claims relative to the prosecution of the 20082010 SONA project particularly the Bontoc-Kalinga national road which are allegedly unsettled up to this date. We refer specifically to the claim of Mrs. Josefa Ottao whose plants listed hereunder were allegedly damaged when the road along Barangay Bagumbayan, Tabuk City (Km. 475) was widened. Anent the above, may we be issued the following documents so that we can have a basis for our computation of their compensation if there be any: 1. Schedule of prices of the listed plants/trees/perennials allegedly affected: 1.1 Coffee trees (fruit bearing); 1.2 Banana plants per mat or per piece; 1.3 Tiger grass per mat; 1.4 Gamo tree (local dialect) and 1.5 Sambong tree 2. Certification on the number of coffee trees that can be planted per square meter or computation to this effect.
