Please be noted that the Secretariat counter will be opened for registration from 6.00am onwards daily. Participants can collect their name tags and the Certificate of Participation from the Secretariat. For Display Classes, judging will commence at 10.00am. Participants will be allowed to place their displays from 6.00am until 9.00am at the designated area. For Practical Classes, participants are expected to report to the kitchen 1 hour before the competition begins.
