I understand the State of New York is seriously considering a law requiring arms manufacturers to mirostamp firing pins with the make, model and serial number of the guns in which they are installed. While I support the efforts of law enforcement to identify, apprehend, prosecute and punish criminals who use firearms in the commission of their crimes, I do not believe that
imposing suh a requirement on businesses is the correct approach, As you consider your options for responding to this unwarranted intrusion into your business, I know you will be looking at relocating your manufacturing operations to a stale that is more business-friendly. There is no other state that fits the definition of business-friendly like Texas.
