Your affiant has learned the following facts by personal observations and/or reading police reports, and/or talking with other persons. On 071312, the Greeley Police ed an online information tip which stated "Rhonda Eisen ur living with her from 2010-2011 while he was a student at g C 00 She is a Spanish teacher there. Several months before e gra uated, she gave birth to a Hispanic baby without any other male in her life. Co-workers and family all suspect that she had a sexual relationship with him while he was a minor under her c~re. 'She continues to work with teenage boys as she is a te~s sent from an anonymous source but did provide an address of ............... , Greeley, CO 80634.

Morgan arranged an interview with Rhonda Eisenberg for the following day, 071712. On 011712, Detective Horgan met with Rhonda Eisenberg at the Greeley Police Department.
