Peace Corps intends to offer a firm-fixed price contract for 1. Architectural, engineering and design of floor plans of an existing building to house Peace Corps Office 2. Supervision of construction works and build-out of said premises Interested vendors should submit a quote for the services as described in this RFQ. A meeting for a site visit and further information will be held on February 8, 2013 at 10:00 AM. Interested vendors should confirm participation with Lyse Kapche at lkapche@peacecorps.gov on or before February 4, 2013 at 5:00 PM. Price/Period of Performance:

The performance period of this contract is from the start date in notice to proceed and continuing for 3 months. Supplier Unit Quotes shall be a Firm Fixed-Price, and inclusive of any administrative or overhead costs. B. Statement of Work/Specifications Peace Corps/Cameroon intends to use a three storey building in Yaounde as an office. The Contractor will: 1. Design architectural presentation drawings of layout of new office located at Amang Oliga towards Mont Febe. 2. In collaboration with Peace Corps staff, propose an interior design of new office floor plan, for all ground levels with technical specifications and cost estimations of work to be done.

3. Assist in the preparation and launching of bids for the work. 4. Participate in review of contractor proposals for office construction build out. 5. Supervise the construction work. C. E. Acceptance Criteria Vendors must be members of the National Order of Cameroonian Architects with an architectural office and available to work immediately. F. Contract Terms and Conditions: Contract to commence February 20, 2013 and expected to end by May 19, 2013 G.
