Escalated competition in technological innovation demands that innovation professionals become increasingly efficient in designing & manufacturing high quality products to accelerate time to market. TRIZ -based Systematic Innovation Program combines the benefits of strategic problem analysis approach & problem solving methodologies to help engineers develop innovative products & manufacturing processes.

Introduction to TRIZ TRIZ, the most advanced technology for engineering & non-engineering system development, problem solving, and creative imagination development TRIZ is Russian acronym for The Theory of Inventive Problem Solving TRIZ was founded in 1946 by a Russian engineer & scientist Genrich S. Altshuller who formulated the main postulates of TRIZ:

3Day Workshop
Introduction to TRIZ/Innovation Discipline (0.5 day)

Overview
The Basic course presents a new point of view on innovation & a

roadmap for effectively identifying, realizing, & managing innovation opportunities. The training is primarily focused on the fundamental principles of product innovation utilizing main problem identification tools & basic TRIZ-based tools for problem solving. It provides participants with basic skills that can be applied to improve functionality and /or reduce cost for products & devices. The course is delivered using a combination of lecture materials and hands-on exercises on problems brought by participants.

TRIZ main privileges

TRIZ realize the right of any person for creative

life and to be a creative man;

TRIZ modules were created by using best

- Function Analysis.
- Component Analysis, Interaction Analysis & Function Modeling. The students will major rules & recommendations of building component models of the systems they are improving, will get the notion of System and Sypersystem as well and the rules to fine & formulate functions - Types of functions, rules of function ranking will help to get additional insights that could used for Value Analysis as well as for composing a list of Function Disadvantages that serves as meta data for CauseEffect Chains

practices of thousands most creative and successful scientists & engineers from different countries of our planet;
TRIZ will help you to better solutions for any

activities of your life: in engineering, in business, in your career, in your personal life and so on. TRIZ is a natural amplifier of your talents and experience.

Intro Training

- Cause-Effect Chain Analysis, its objectives rules. Selection of key Disadvantages & Special cases of Vicious Circles.
- The method will allow key problems for further solving and/or Trimming.

- Trimming Rules of trimming (A, B, C). Special recommendations for Rule C. Trimming in Value Analysis.
- The approach results in identifying Trimming problems & development of function (trimming) models of the future inventive solutions.

- Function - Oriented Search.

- FOS is a problem solving tool based on identifying existing technologies worldwide using function criteria.

- Tools of Classical Tri. Modeling Key Problems as Engineering & Physical Contradictions.
- The participants will learn about the way of problem modeling in TRIZ. The format IF - THEN - BUT and its usage for contradiction modeling as well as the tools for generation models of solutions-contradiction matrix & the algorithm for resolving Physical Contradictions by: - Separating them - Satisfying them - By-passing them.

This Workshop will be conducted in accordance of the requirements of the International TRIZ Association (MATRIZ) & on conclusion of the training the participants will get a credit toward Level 1 MATRIZ Certification.

- Overview of other ways of problem modeling: S-F modeling. - Overview of Trends of Engineering System Evolution & Pragmatic S-Curve Analysis. - Overview of Level 2 program. - Certification Test.
