Job Profile Marketing Executive Marketing executive in marketing department of Software Company. Have to help company to grow its business in all over India. Requirements Candidate should be a Graduate or MBA/PGDM. Should have good communication skills along with good interpersonal skills. Should have computer knowledge along with good marketing abilities and strategies.

Job Snapshot Location: All over India Base Pay: Rs. 20,000 to 25,000 /Month Interview Process

1. First round will be Aptitude Test Small Personal Interaction 2. Second round will be GD 3. Third will be HR Round

Terms in brief for Marketing Profile:

Executive will be given target per month (any product). Basic Salary will Be 2O,000 TO 25,000(INR) If an executive exceed the target there will be an Incentive. If an executive achieve 100% target for continuous 3 month there will be increment in salary. Best performed executive will be considering as a marketing manager for a particular branch after 6 month. (If you continuously achieve target and above) If an executive achieve less then target. Pending target will be added to his next month target { e.g.: if u achieve 3 for a month next month you have to complete 5(4+1) } this will not affect your salary

If an executive fails to achieve the target (NILL/less than 50%) NO SALARY. Only petrol allowances will be provided.

Note

Fail to achieve target for successive 2nd month causes Termination on 3rd month. Notice period will be one month

1. As panel consists of 6 executives for campus placement and huge investment is required for conducting campus recruitment therefore it is important for us to know the number of candidates willing to appear for this campus hence students written confirmation is must.

2. Also mention how much time you can devote as an individual (PI) and also in a group (GD) in the training process.

3. If in case you are not able to attend the training process do mention the valid reason behind it.
