PR RESPONSIBLE

Position Role:
The PR Responsible has a key role in the Communication Department in coordinating
the people that “communicate AIESEC” inside the organization to our members and
outside it to the other stakeholders.

AIESEC XP Stage: Leadership Role.

Communication. Reports to the LCVP Comm. And to the LCP.
Have in his team: pr people, site responsible, events responsible.

Regular hours worked:


Approx. 18h/week.

Responsibilities

1. He is responsible together with the site responsible for reshaping and updating
the site. 15%
2. Audits and/or designs all media materials (i.e. radio or newspaper adds); 10%
3. Design of media plans for new and old media partners; 5%
4. Design of media plans for projects and activities (eXchange included!); 10%
5. Positioning in the student environment – newspapers and radio (identify means of
promotion); 15%
6. Renewing of the old media partnerships, realization of new ones and maintaining
the relationship with the partners (together with VP Comm.); 5%
7. Responsible of any PR related activities within projects (i.e. press conferences –
together with VP Comm.); 5%
8. Responsible for the invitation of company representatives to the BBW event; 5%
9. Responsible of the team organizing the BBW event; 5%
10. Identify events witch can be useful either for positioning or for realization of new
contacts; attend to them; 5%
11. Project evaluation; 5%
12. Keep contact with all VPs Comm. from the country and abroad ; 5%
13. Sub area member preparation. 10%
14. Realizing together with the Events Responsible for organizing events for
companies 10%

Key performance indicators for the job

- Have media plan quarterly.
- Have an updated and well-structured site. Update every month.
- Have a monthly NSL for members, students.
- Have at least 80 media releases/year.
- Sign at least 4 media partnerships per year.
- Increase the correct know-how about AIESEC in the Campus area.
- Bring new contacts for the sales team by facilitating the participation in different
events.
- Have at least one conference/year.
- Organize at least one networking event for the partners of AIESEC Constanta.
