management among economics students in International Islamic Universities Malaysia (IIUM). The study recovers distributing survey through quantitative questions on conflict management towards around 50 students in the Kuliyyah of Economic in the university. An analysis of these surveys yields the availability for students to handle the conflicts are numerous so that this research paper would be focused on their managing conflicts based on Islamic knowledge and also in ethical perspective. The expected outcome from this paper is answering all the literature review from the survey and those are being discussed in the finding and discussion.

Introduction and Literature review 1.1 Background of the study Topic or issue for my assignment is the impact of conflict management among economics students in International Islamic Universities Malaysia (IIUM). There are a lot of issues for the economics students come after them during their fourth year of studies and also the conflicts they will have to get an interview for a job after their graduation. Among the conflicts facing by them are: difficulties to survive in getting the information about the subject with the course they have taken either personally or by group, students also have to do their study plan with the proper time management according to the course schedule provided by IIUM lecturers and be able to differentiate each of the subject by study thoroughly on the course outline. First and for most, student should know what are the main triggers of conflicts which make them de-escalating on it, especially when it comes at the last minutes of the date line, final exam, and group or individual presentation. Based on the John Ng, (2012, p. 9) our pictures of conflict are usually negative: fire, fight, failure or filth. This perception often shape out reality and affect the manner in which we manage the conflict. The author also brings down the example on an accountant employee. It is similar with the students when there may consider the assignment, exam, or anything task being given are not necessarily important to their cumulative great pointer average (CGPA), they may skip on them and assume those are only effected on small quantity of their carry mark. This situation should not be taken for granted if they are really concerned on the difficulties of being a responsible employee after being graduated. Next, in the first year of studies, all economic students are taking the basic subject of economics such as micro and macroeconomics, fundamental accounting and other subjects.

Seems they are not in major yet, so they have to struggle a lot to fulfill the requirement grade of the major subjects and the scholarship requirement based on their CGPA in order to support the financial fee and all the needed stuff likes books and foods, for the rest of the fourth year and also to take the major course in the second year of their studies (accounting, business administrative, and economic). All of these challenges would lead them to the plagiarizing issues for the economics students due to less exposure on how to get the knowledge and information about the subject without depends only on the online sources or articles. These are quite similar to what John Ng (2012, p. 30) stated that if expectations are not clarified or spelled out, there can be a source of conflict. When students are in conflict, they pretend that the problems does not happen. 1.2 statement of the problem The possible researches on the issues are to understand the challenges of the conflict and ethical responsibilities of the economics students when facing the problems during and after their fourth years of studies. After that, according to John Ng. also (2012, p. 38), nagging may be deemed a verbal reminder, but it is actually an assault that arises from frustration. This is usually happen when doing last minute work and it became worst when the works do in a group. At this time, they cannot keep on blame others because if their complaints are continual, the end of their work will be unsatisfying. In a nut shell, to come out for this issue, they are research question with regard to the economics students life in IIUM which are: how to handle conflicts among them and to make a better decision in solving those conflicts in Islamic learning and ethical perspective.

1.3 Objective of the study The objective of the applied research paper is to explore on how students will react according to different conflicts they are confront with in term of Islamic understanding and also ethical perspectives in three major courses in the Kulliyah of Economic in IIUM. The statement covered on this topic and research paper would be surveyed based on the statistical findings and also the Islamic perspective of Muslim scholars on conflict management around the world. The ethical view also would be defined by non-muslim thought and that thoughts are in-line with Islamic views. 1.4 Definition of terms One of the non-Muslims viewer is Aritzeta (2005) defines conflict as a lack of daily necessary either physical part such as a shelter and material stuff or spiritual level likes human dignity which is the most factor of conflict. Next, he describes the conflict issues when there are joint opposition of more than a person in defensing on their argument eventually it may effects one and another. In Islamic approach, conflict is controlled based on the role of justice which literally means that all the things must be put in balance at the exact place and proper time by Randeree (2008). Furthermore, Khadra (1990) stated that principal of the group or community play an important role especially in solving the case or in the project analysis. Besides, Randeree (2009) breaking down the conflict into three models and there are: proactive model, Salam model, and S.N.T model which will be explained more later in my research paper.

1.5 Literature review In completing the method of conflict management at Islamic secondary school by salleh year 2012, he agreed the factor of organizational conflict in school could be divided into 2 sides by Rahim (2001). One side is conflict or a dispute in the organization itself and the other side is happen between more than one organizations. Finally, there will be an overall conclusion in summarizing above all the argument and findings which come from the researchers opinion himself. Until now, it can be described that students must act accordingly with their ethical perspectives and background based on the religious and the field of their studies. This is because they are representing on what they held and how other people judges on themselves as economics workers and viewers in the future.
