Scripture & Song

Psalm 61:1-3 Where do you go when you need help? Rock of Ages Theres only One who can save us from the penalty and destructive power of sin. Purify My Heart Corrupt, dying, and apathetic, we pray for cleansing, life, and love. Redeemer Saviour Friend For emphasis we reword the petitions of the first two songs.

Work in the Childrens Department

The next scheduled work day in the childrens dept. is this Saturday, February 9. Your help is needed and greatly appreciated. Plan to come! Walls are going up. You have a chance to make a difference. Kelvin Diller is overseeing this for us. Thank you and have a nice day.

Eva Released
In our Persecuted Church updates last fall, we mentioned Eva Abdullah, a teen in Tanzania serving a 2-year prison sentence for desecrating the Koran (something she did not do). But on Jan 9, her conviction was overturned, and she was acquitted and released. Praise God for that answer to prayer. Disowned by her Muslim parents for converting to Christ, pray that Eva, now 18, will find a safe place to live.
