Business Hero Total is a unique B2B2C vertically integrated commerce platform that provides business and consumer services over a cloud infrastructure delivered across multiple channels. It is composed of: Business services: complete SaaS solution for businesses by integrating ERP and e-commerce. The ERP service includes accounting, stock, planning, analytics, document management, POS, production management, human resources management, CRM(pending). The e-commerce service is a fully customizable web shop, for B2B and B2C sales. It includes a powerful ecommerce CMS, discount and loyalty management, fraud management, payment processing, delivery and Internet marketing services for a total turn-key solution. A free website SaaS is offered in a freemium model. Consumer services: Aggregated vast digital retail catalog, provided through our web marketplace, mobile apps(pending). Additionally providing complementary commerce services such as event tickets, discount catalogs, tourism booking, auctions(pending), news(pending), meta search engines(pending), utility bills payment(pending). The platform is managed by tools such as: Billing and provisioning Fraud management for payment processing CMS Configuration management Helpdesk and support for clients

Technology
Client side is coded in HTML5, CSS and JavaScript, and the server-side is PHP and MySQL (with option for PostgreSQL). Application and database servers are separate and offer multiple options for ERP configuration and deployment, even local database installation for larger clients. Connections to the ERP an administration side of the applications are utilized using VPN and SSL connections, for maximum security. At the moment, a token-based VPN solution is being developed, in order to simplify and speed up the new user activation process. The platform does not require any kind of license on the user-side and allows customer registration and startup through a simple online form.

Current status
The platform evolved from the SaaS applications of two companies: Infoproject Ltd. and Akota Ltd., with pioneering and market leading SaaS product in ERP and e-commerce respectively. The merger was a natural step in the right direction, because both companies had products which complemented each other perfectly and exponentially reinforce the platforms market advantage. Both applications used the same technology, and, most of all, both sides firmly believed in the unique synergy of the unified platform. At the moment, we are working on tight integration of the software, through APIs, merging modules and functionalities, in order to morph into fully integrated platform.
