I have agreed to sell Asian ace paint to Mr. Ramesh against cash. Mr. Ramesh paid me the agreed amount in cash and i delivered the paint to him. Thus we fulfilled our part of work the contract is completed. I have give order to British paint and they agreed to deliver me but as they dont deliver the paint to me and I have still does not paid cash to them so its call Executory contract. I have ordered more than 100 liter quantity to Nerolac to receive a good scheme as Nerolac depo in bhuj delivers the order in same day as they give seven days time to payment if it is made within seven days you receive a cash discount after it if you pay you receive less discount as Nerolac company deliver the paint but still I didnt pay to them so its call unilateral contract. I have promised to Mr. Ramesh that if any customer come to my shop and ask for painter i will give first preference to Mr. Ramesh, and Mr.
