The people

French people have a strong set of values. They honor their culture, history, language, and cuisine; it is considered an art. They encourage novelty, new ideas, and manners with an elegant enthusiasm. Today they are the leaders in fashion, food, and art. In a business meeting it is customary to shake with a light grip. If it is a family meeting it is appropriate to give a kiss on both cheeks.

Japanese people are very highly structured people. They believe in loyalty,
politeness, personal responsibility and on everyone working together for the good of the larger group. They also Education, ambition, hard work, patience and determination are held in the highest regard. The crime rate in Japan is the lowest in the world.

Older Russians are generally quite pessimistic and do not have much faith in a better life in the future. Younger urban Russians have adopted a more Western outlook on life.
