(A Drawing/Document No. Approval, R - Review, I Information) 34 As Built Drawing I 35 All other documents specifically called for in various sections of specification 36 All other documents not specifically mentioned here but required for completion of engineering work and proper coordination shall be unit wise 1.3 OPERATION & MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTION MANUAL: The Contractor shall furnish operation & maintenance instruction manual for all the instruments/equipment supplied by them. These shall be sent along with the instruments/equipment. Instruction regarding installation, testing, calibration, repair, maintenance and commissioning of the instruments/equipment six months in advance. In addition the Contractor shall furnish instruction manual on operation & maintenance of their overall C&I system. This shall be furnished to the Customer/Consultants Six (6) months before the commissioning date of the unit.
