General Guidelines CY NDRRM Fund shall be for natural and human-induced calamities occurring during the year and preceding year Requests for assistance for the past 2 years from the budget year shall be referred by NDRRMC/OCD to concerned agencies for possible accommodation.

GAA Special Provisions Agencies provided by Quick Response Fund shall report to NDRRMC on a monthly basis, re status of utilization of QRF, cc DBM and OP

Proposed Guidelines Governing NDRRM Fund. . . .

NGAs with basic mandate are encourage to use their regular appropriation to implement projects designed to address DRRM activities (OCD, PAGASA & PHIVOLCS)

If Fund is insufficient , submit request to NDRRMC

Proposed Guidelines Governing NDRRM Fund. . . . LGUs may avail NDRRM Fund thru OCD Regional Offices with corresponding endorsement from the LGEs The OP/ Exec Sec. as delegated May approve, disapprove, increase or reduce the amount recommended by the NDRRMC. Extreme cases, the NDRRM Fund may be available to any NGAs/ GOCCs/LGUs.

At least 50% of the work program Implementing agency, GOCC or LGU shall submit utilization report / physical and financial status to the DBM, copy furnished the NDRRMC
