Directing company-wide trends thinking across products portfolio and 100 analysts. Managing the trends product Inspire and delivering it to a client base of 200 consumer facing companies in advertising, beauty, digital, financial services, food, foodservice, health, household, leisure, retail, sustainability, technology and travel. Management, Leadership and Teamwork:

Coordinating, training and directing a global team of 15 analysts to source and deliver 60 quantifiable and actionable trend observations each week. Maintaining the relevance, evidence and upkeep for 82 consumer trends. Working with analysts to formulate consumer questions and deliver category level trend insights across 200 global market research reports a year.
