RedBus.in: In August 2006 he Founded RedBus.in. Story: The idea emanated from an experience that he had in the winter of 2005 in Bangalore, when he struggled to book bus tickets to make it home for Diwali and spend the vacations with his family.

Dealing with over 700 bus travel operators, 10,000 travel agents and over 10000+ routes across India. RedBus has crossed the one-crore (10 Million) mark in the number of tickets sold in July 2012 and It has over 2 million registered users.

IMPACT:

Many private and government Bus operators are making more profit and some came-up from losses and making profit. Example: Government of Goa Transport Corporation. Rapid growth, Feasibility and reduced risk in Bus travelling mode. Positive growth in other business sectors. Due to rapid growth in Bus travelling mode, Particularity Volvo rapidly increased the selling of their buses in an Indian market. Growth in tourism sector in India.

CONCLUSION:
In one sentence we can say he (Phanindra Sama) just changed the entire mode of operation. He just saw the problem and gave the idealistic Solution for that.
