There is no doubt that life provides a different set of variables in each of our lifes equation and each of the determinants of health discussed yesterday influence us in different ways. However the extent to which you believe YOU dictate or influence your life has a huge impact on your motivation, expectations, self-esteem, risk-taking behavior and most would argue the outcomes of your actions. As you will find we believe that attitude is the father of behavior pointing out that much of how you feel will impact what you do.
