BAC MINUTES No. 11, SERIES OF 2012 MINUTES OF THE BAC MEETING HELD AT THE SANGGUNIANG BAYAN SESSION HALL, LAST 18 APRIL 2012 AT 3:40 OCLOCK IN THE AFTERNOON. ATTENDANCE: PresentNancy A. Eduardo TWG Head The meeting started at 3:40 P.M. with a call to order by the BAC Chairman. The presence of a quorum was determined after the checking of attendance. The reading of the journal of the 13 April 2012 meeting was dispensed with but was considered approved. The order of the agenda for this meeting was read out, to wit: 1. Purchase Requests submitted for the week: a. Vice-Mayors Office (SB) for the following purchases i. Pressure Tank in the amount of Php 7,080.00; ii. Office Supplies in the amount of PhP 6,751.95; b. Municipal Agricultural Extension Services Office (MAESO) for the following purchases i. Anti-rabies vaccines and disposable syringes in the amount of PhP 20,700; ii. Vegetable Seeds in the amount of PhP 8,000.00; iii. Caleza Bench (H-29 x W-10) in the amount of 38,250.00; iv. 61 pcs Flower pots (13x15) in the amount of PhP 27,585.00 and 2.5 cum Garden soil in the amount of PhP1,325.00; 2. Other matters. The first agendum for this meeting, the purchase requests submitted for the week, was discussed by the body. All these purchase requests were recommended by the BAC for shopping using Section 52, 1.b. of the revised IRR of RA 9184. These will be submitted for PhilGEPS posting and canvass only after the BAC had issued the necessary BAC resolutions and approved by the Mayor. There were no other matters discussed.
