Profiling In the area of clinical therapy or psychology, profiling is an important element in handling patients case.

Profiling is perceiving each case as unique and it is according to Client Centred Theory by Carls Roger. Profiling can be applied in area of dating. While we doing profiling one a person that we wish to date, we are actually looking at the wholesome picture of that person(ranging from inner world(belief system, personality, thinking style,) to outer world(the way the person behave(words, body language and etc). The main objective of profiling is to: a) Gain thorough complete understanding of the person that we are going to date b) Utilising what we know from the person to ensure success in dating c) Most importantly, GET PREPARED to DATE

Why profiling is relevant in dating? Age factor: As we grow through life, we have different material need and different thinking at different age. Thus through identifying a person age, we can roughly know what is her/his style of thinking. We can use this to talk to them in their way of thinking. Career: Legal field (mostly realistic thinking( leg stand firm on ground), from this you can make an assumption that you will need to secure at least certain material things(luxury perhaps?) before approaching person(eg. Lawyer) that you date. Rule of dating? Notice the topic that they talk and language that they use. Most time, it will be a realistic issue. Teacher are the opposite. Notice the way they talk, their body language, facial expression(more jolly). As you can see, people are trained in different career thus perceive things in the way that they are trained to be. Notice their body language, thinking, words, tonality, inflection. Parent background: Parents play an important role in child development and thus lead to the full development of an adult. Take a look at the targets parents career, marriage, religion. Marriage of target parents that end up in divorce normally have a great impact to the children as they will end up in divorce too. From the parents back ground, we can see our TARGETS upbringing. This is IMPORTANT as YOU DONT WANT END UP in a MESS in relationship. Religion: Religion plays an important role in knowing the target. Different religion different believes, thus lead to different lifestyle. Eg, atheist may lead a different lifestyle compare to an ardent Catholic and believe in different things that lead to clash of believe which eventually ruin the relationship. If the TARGET is a religious person, you MIGHT want to consider to back off from dating him as you are not the type that can bear with religious person or you can UTILISE this to date her and get into a relationship with her. Race : Different race have different culture thus have different thinking, different lifestyle, different behaviour. You might want to read through the race culture and do something which the TARGETs doing such as eating Chinese food if the person is a pure Chinese that prefer Chinese food, eating with chopstick perhaps. Be noted that, people thinking nowadays are globalise and influence by the

Western and Asian(eg.Korea,Japan) through media. It is preferably mirrored the person thinking through watching drama if the person that you would like to date love korean drama. Number of siblings: Number of siblings will provide you how responsible the person is in his family. As a norm, the eldest will be the most heavy burden of responsibility thus more mature and independent thinking as they will have to lead by example. Music preferred: From music we can know thoroughly the person personality. Classical ( clean and sophisticated), rock(messy lifestyle, notice the word they use FUCK), pop (look at the way they dress). Sport: Running ( prefer lone task, prefer passive life), badminton, football (enjoy social outing)
