The central convention site will be the Tempe Mission Palms Hotel and Conference Center,
www.missionpalms.com. Please select one of the following options:

The exhibit area will be available for the exposition companys set-up on Thursday, July 18, 2013 at 1:00pm.
It is understood the exhibit portion of your convention will have concluded and be completely clear of the
Tempe Mission Palms Hotel and Conference Center by Sunday, July 21, 2013 at 12:00 noon. Please advise if
you will need more than two chairs. Also, specify any electrical requirements you may have (Electrical
requirements incur an additional $50 fee).

NAJA is hereby authorized to reserve space for my company or organization in the designated exhibit area at Tempe Mission
Palms Hotel and Conference Center area in Arizona, July 18-21. The appropriate fee is enclosed with this application for a
booth at the 2013 Native American Journalist Association Convention. We agree to abide by all of the requirements,
restrictions, and obligations set forth in the Exhibitor Prospectus ( ) and any other rules and directives, which at any time are
issued by exhibit management on behalf of NAJA or the conference center.
The exhibitor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages and claims arising out of or related to
exhibitors activities on the Hotel premises, and will indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Hotel, its owners, agents,
servants and employees from any and all such losses, damages and claims.
