Established in 1996, Fairway Independent Mortgage was built on a foundation of customer service. We understand that the process of buying a home can be scary and nerve-wracking, especially for first time buyers says Fairway CEO, Steve Jacobson. Our teams work together to make sure that there are no surprises at closing. Fairway opened its first New England branch in 2006, and since then has rapidly grown to the 30th ranking lender in Massachusetts 2010. Today there are 10 New England locations to serve you! Our 360 Degree Pre-Approval Process

We pledge to do a complete, thorough, 360 degree evaluation of the applicants financing ability. We will review all income and asset documentation to ensure that we have not missed anything. Since 90% of our loans are underwritten right here, more complicated transactions will get a full underwriter review. We will not issue a pre-approval without fully evaluating all aspects of the transaction. If the property is a condo we will review the condo details to ensure that the property meets all secondary market guidelines. When you receive a Pre-Approval letter from Fairway, we will work to close the loan as long as there are no material changes in the transaction or the borrowers profile.

The Closing and Beyond

n n n n The HUD will be available to review well in advance of the closing Funds will always be at the table ahead of the closing All parties will have the opportunity to review documents in advance Scheduling of closings will ensure maximum convenience for all parties involved
