June 2010 Dear New YorkPenn League Fans: I welcome you to the New YorkPenn Leagues 72nd consecutive season, which makes the New York-Penn League the oldest continuously-operated Class A league in Minor League Baseball. The Staten Island Yankees which won the 2009 League Championship - will host this years classic at Richmond County Bank Ballpark at St. George. The 2010 All-Star Game will, once again, pit the best prospects from the Leagues seven National League affiliates (the Florida Marlins, Houston Astros, New York Mets, Philadelphia Phillies, Pittsburgh Pirates, St. Louis Cardinals, and Washington Nationals) against the best prospects from the Leagues seven American League affiliates (the Baltimore Orioles, Boston Red Sox, Cleveland Indians, Detroit Tigers, New York Yankees, Tampa Bay Rays, and Toronto Blue Jays).
