Mlange Press Pass Request Form REGISTRATION POLICIES AND PROCEDURES: The Mlange Productions Inc.

Sensations Party on March 1st, 2011will be attended by a number of domestic and international journalists who represent a variety of well-respected media outlets. Mlange Productions Inc. welcomes qualified representatives of news organizations to attend the event for the purpose of reporting and publishing/airing articles/stories. Press passes will be allocated to all who are determined, by Mlange Productions Inc., to be qualified members of the press. Mlange Productions Inc. reserves the right to screen all requests and refuse the registration of those who it does not consider qualified. In order to obtain a Press Pass, applicants must be affiliated with an established media outlet and posses an editorial/reporting title. Publishers, sales representatives, and other non-editorial staff will not be granted a Press Pass. Publications and marketing materials may not be distributed at Mlange Productions Inc. without the express and written permission of Mlange Productions Inc. Upon arrival, all media must present a copy of their press credential confirmation letter received from Mlange Productions Inc. and official press credentials at the Mlange Productions Inc. event media check-in location. Recording: Recording is and Videotaping is permissible with prior permission from Mlange Productions Inc. Authorized permission is needed in advance if the intention is to broadcast any taped session, in full or in part. Information about Your Media Outlet: For our reference and to better understand the nature of your media outlet, please check all that are applicable. Submitting the Press Pass request form does not guarantee that you will receive a Press Pass, and Press Passes will not be granted to anyone whose principal purpose for attending the event is-in MLANGE PRODUCTIONS INCs judgment-for reasons other than covering them as working news media.
