2. Course (overall) Objective/s: To understand the concept of Andragogy, learning motivation and Training Need Analysis. To enable the student design a training programme. To enable the student to learn how to assess, develop, carry out, and evaluate a training program. 3. 8. Special information on Coursework 1. More of Case studies are included in the coursework. As such it is required that the students come prepared with the cases as instructed in the class. 9
2. The assignments are to be submitted on time. Late submissions will not be permitted. 3. Presentations, as mentioned is a series running throughout the course and students in groups would be presenting the allotted topics/ cases and its evaluation (10 marks ) would be considered for post mid term.. 4. Students are to come prepared with the topics covered during the previous session. 5. Three class tests would be conducted during the entire course. Tests would be conducted for 10 marks. Test one would be used for pre mid term internals. Average of Tests 2 and 3 would be taken for post mid term . 9.
