HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

The Human Resources Manager will spearhead the implementation and provision of strategically focused human resources management services within the organisation. INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY MANAGER

The Information Technology Manager will lead the strategic alignment of the IT function and drive the implementation of emerging technology to improve organisational performance. Reporting to the General Manager Corporate Services, the Information Technology Manager will provide innovative IT services to facilitate change.Key outcomes include: Driving change management and planning for the IT department Technical services provided (systems programming and analysis) IT projects managed Technical advisory/consulting services provided Introducingnew IT software and management information systems into the organisation

The successful candidate must have at least a postgraduate qualification in the relevant discipline. A good track record of leadership in a human resources function, extensive employment law and industrial relations experience and proven expertise in a similar role.
