ARTICLE 1: (TIN ) As we have had a discussion before, we would like to bring out a draft contract ,which is base on some norms your company having order and our companys offers, in order to confer with each other and go to an unification. However, there are some points need to be renegotiated. *(NHUNG) Yes, please * (HNG)Your firm call the price at $2.05. would you mind to decrease this at $1.95 per 1kg BASA 170/220. * (T )That price is base on our detailed caculation about inputs cost, labor cost and other cost to make sure that products have the best quality. In addition to, our company is applying a policy which cost $2 per 1kg for import order more than 300 conteners. ARTICLE 2: PACKING - SHIPMENT ( HNG) please deliver the goods into 2 terms Term 1: on 15/12/2012, deliver 200 conteners Term 2: on 20/11/2012, deliver 150 conteners *(TIN) I am very glad to hear about your decision and I hope that we will have a long term relationship. I will proceed to divide the order into two terms as you order but I also suggest that you should pay for goods immediately after receive the shipment 1 through UDS ( shipment 1 doesnt occur any errors ) * (N.NH) I have considered your proposal and come to a decision to reduce the risk between the two sides as follow: I will pay for the shipment 1(200 conteners) firstly and then pay 2/3 total amount of money of the shipment 2 (150 conteners).
