Re SPAM EMAILS 5 I ammounced to go into retirement, on 25 August 2010, but then in 2012 on request of a lawfirm decided to assist them, with their client. While the op\ojnent lawyers were seeking to use every avenue to succesful litigate for their client, even use what I view unethical conduct, little did their know their clients life, at least as far as I understood it to be, was in danger. I have no doubt that was it not for my intervention they could have claimed so to say operation successful but the 10 patient died!

I recall an incident where I was assiting a paerty when a truck smashed my car. I was left without a car. The person I was assiting in litigation then offered to pay me monies in return for me to withyhold the trth from the Court. I not only declined to do so but in fact walked away from his 15 then very successful case. To me my creibuility was not for slae. Why onm earth would I want to accept monies where for more than 3 decades I never accepted monies from anyone to represent them in court. That is also why John Mazaris conducting an investigation into my affairs was found to fail as to produce any adverse findings against me because I never accepted monies and was known for this. In fact I was even paying out of my own pocket my out-of-pocket expenses. 20 As such, no one could argue that I was in it for the mon ies, as the longer a case went on the more it was costing me personally. It is regrettable that a lawyer like John Mazaris artt his pay is wasting valuable time to investigate nonsense of arguements while there are so many people who need badly a lawyer but 25 lack the funding for it. Yes, there are many good and decent lawyers around but try to find one is the problem. Even past opponent lawyers would get their clients (after they lost the cases) urge them to contact me as to that if anyone can succeed it would be me, knowing I didn;t charge for my assistaence. Then again, you have a lawyer/barrister like Dan Sweeney who I view is willing to abuse the court processes to harrass a person in court and that may say something about the 30 persons competence how to appropriately conduct a case. Since my name was amended from Schorel to Schorel-Hlavka I asm often referred to as Mr Schorel or Mr Hlavka, and really it is ordinary not an issue to me, however, when Dan Sweeney did so in court this was the perfect opportunity to expose his as I view it misuse of his position in the court room. The more he did, perhaps thinking he would upset me, the more in 35 fact he was assisting me, to oppose his competence to represent his client. When I deal with people who I think are really small minded persons, then often their perception they are getting to me realy is the opposite, that they in fact are assisting me to build a case against them.

Recently, I became subject of spamming, and how. I had a primary suspect but as I indicated to the Minister for Telecommunication I need to remain openminded that others could be involved. having received more than 2,000, and more comming, of spam, rejected emails. I am so to say building up an arsenal of material. Granted, it means a lot of work to digest the contents but I am very positive about it all, that it may assist legislators to ensure appropriate legislation is in place 45 to deal with this kind of spamming. We all may one day or another receive spam email, which

While the email claims to be from alert@my.commbank.com.au, it then has the return email address infos@avignon.fr, meaning, that any undelivered email will be sent to infos@avignon.fr as a failure. Now, why would the Commonwealth Bank want any 10 correspondence be returned to France, you may ask? Well, I assume this is not at all from the Commonwealth Bank, but a scam. The moment you click on the email provided details they catch you details you subsequent inset, and forget about getting into your bank account. Each time you lose money, and assuming the Commonwealth Bank refunds it to your account, customers through all kind of fees and charges are paying for it. So, be warned, if you ereceive 15 an email from a bank then seek to look for details as I did and best is to contact the bank about the email. (This kind of scam is used against other banks also!) Some Banks have special email addresses for sending it to, but be aware you need to provide the email with the header as I did copy above. We require the full headers of the spam message that you have received, so that we can trace the source.

To get the full headers, in outlook, when you have the message open, go to the View menu, and select options. The bottom section contains the headers needed, and include fields like: "Received", "Subject" etc. Click anywhere in this block, press to highlight all the lines, and 35 to copy them. Close the window, and click on "forward" for the message, select the spot where you wish to insert the headers, and press to paste. Other mailpackages will slightly different or totally different methods to achieve this.

It must be very clear that the US army is well aware of the conduct by many to use an incorrect email address for their spamming, and so its response is I view commendable, as to show it understands this to occur likely without the knowledge of the email adress owner. Again, as I immediately cancelled my accounts, having notified the bank, I prevented any losses. However, that to me is not sufficient, as what we need to do is to assist each other and write to the email address, such as I did, to seek their cooperation in seeking to unmask the purpetrator(s).

Obviously, I would also urge you to report spam emails to your relevant authorities. Do understand, that if a person is willing to misuse/abuse your email address then what else may he/she have in mind? Therefore, it is important to act with caution.

As such it was ewither a non-existing email address in the first place or it was closed down, as result of the spamming. The email address nancyk@stjosephscatholic.org was reported to have been closed because of the spamming.

Look into the content of the emails, if they have a common treath in them, and if there are key 15 words. For example, if an email were to use the keywords McArthur, Jones, Martina then do a search on the internet and see what you can come up with. With one search I had a massive 9 million+ responsense, but as I added another keyword I narrowed in the end down to a mere 3. Keywords are generally words that are not commonly used by everyone during one conversation or in one writing. there might be plenty with the name McArthur but how many have also the 20 keyweord Martina in it? Make sure never in person to contact anyone, because your own safety cannot be risked. We got authorities to attend to those issues.

Try to think in the line of the spammer. Try to find out how did the spammer get the material being spammed. it is very important you try to work out details, as even if you get no where to find out the way the spammer used any system it may however result to you finding other unsuspected details/avenues. The spammer may have downloaded a certain text and used to spam but the site from which it was downloaded may be able to assist the police to provide data as to who downloaded it.

When you, as I am, the person ending up with all the rejected spam emails, then do make a special file in your inbox to safeguard the spamming material. Do not delete it, this as when the authorities, if they do, were to pursue criminal charges against the spammer you have the original spam emails as evidence. If you do not know how to get the heading details, then dont worry as 35 the police computer experts can always assist you without altering the email itself. Do not forward it to another email box of yourself and then delete the original, because you may destoy the evidence. As such, move it to a safe holding inbox but that is it.

Page 12 both were excluded as suspects, because many emails were sent out when we were out for the day. It is not that I would have accepted my wife to be able to do so but with a world of more than 7 billion people, it was better to start by ourselves. :)

Best also is that if you could provide me with an electornic then also copy and past in word document of the spam, with the heading in it. Perhaps you may receive spam emails that may have some similarities to those I received? . 10 Some spammers go the natural way from spamming to scammers, and so we better be careful not to ignore the possible problems that can flow from it.
