From the Author: I use the term "Author" with some reluctance. More accurately, this paper might best be described as a compilation "with commentary". There has been a flood of information, evaluations and warnings on this nation's decline since Barack Hussein Obama took the office of president. I have included here the most telling and verifiable (most within the past 6 mo.). Truthfully, there are some that cannot be declared as fully substantiated. Wherever possible I have included the sources as a hyperlink. Nevertheless, if they have passed the "Duck Test" (if it looks like a duck, quacks like a duck) I have included them here. If you have doubts about the veracity of anything I have included here, I invite and encourage you to do your own research. Please let me know where I can make corrections. You can leave comments at the Chevelon Alliance site listed below. The printed version of this report varies somewhat from the online version. The quotes section at the end has been condensed. But more importantly, the hyperlinks which serve as the references are not visible or accessible in the printed version. I have in this small paper been able to only "Hit the High Spots", the sources accessed by the hyperlinks are very important in fully revealing the seriousness of our situation. Please follow them. Bama's actions aren't those of a pure Marxist (so far). In my estimation he is a pragmatic fascist/statist. And as such, has little regard for the constitutional foundation of this nation's government or the rule of law in general. He has revealed himself as an opportunistic liar willing to apply the art whenever it appears beneficial. These characteristics he shares with Lenin, Stalin and a succession of Communist statists. This, combined with his devastating economic agenda is, I suspect, what led to Putin's assessment. Theoretical Marxist Communism has proved a failure wherever it has been instituted. For a very good reason: it is inconsistent with basic human nature. The Soviet Union has passed and its member nations are now progressing towards restrained free market capitalism. China has evolved into more of a totalitarian Fascist state. While the world is slowly passing through its experiment with communism, the same cannot be said for the movement towards totalitarian world domination. With the election of Barack Hussain Obama, America is teetering on the abyss.

As a young man, I was acquainted with a successful businessman who bought gold devotedly. He attempted to explain to me that there was a plan being enacted to destroy this nation and its economy thru devaluation of the dollar. He told me that gold would become immensely valuable. I dismissed it as wacky and "conspiratorial". As a product of the national education system, this seemed absurd. Anyway, at the time, I was more interested in girls than economics and politics. I later spent five years working at the world headquarters of the Arabian American Oil Company (ARAMCO) in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. There, I found myself in the midst of an array of intelligent, educated, and aware people from around the world. Not only did I hear the same scenario repeated, but in greater detail. I was less inclined to dismiss it this time. Still, I didn't become a believer until I began to see it all play out before my eyes. I had been told that: The American middle class would be destroyed Their wealth would be transferred to a new ruling class Their property would be confiscated by the U.S. government The U.S. Constitution would be suspended A totalitarian/socialist government would be instituted. The U.S. would be submerged in a "One World Government" It would all be done legally I don't recall being told the exact process. But, having watched it play out, I understand it now and am amazed at its simplicity. It began with nothing more than a welcomed subsidy to help people own their own homes. Added to this were the federal depositor's insurance program and the equivalent to cover worker pension funds. There were a few other "sweetener's" added to "Grease the skids" but essentially that was all it took - all legal and all embraced by the American people. In the pages that follow, I will show how the first three have been enacted and overwhelming evidence that those remaining are "well.under.way"! None of which would have been possible without the efforts of John Dewey and his ideological descendants. And finally, serving as Mephistopheles in directing this satanic symphony is none other than the Federal Reserve System.

John Dewey, the patron saint of the education establishment wrote in 1896 that the US must be converted to a socialist nation, but that the public would never accept that due to the level of education and culture of the American public. In 1903 he became head of the Graduate School of Education. He then proceeded to recruit graduate students who accepted his ideas of a socialist nation. In 1923 Dewey visited the Soviet Union and returned extolling the virtues of the communist nation. His return was followed in 1924 by two members of the Coninterm who began a long effort to penetrate the Democratic Party and recruit people in the various universities. By the beginning of WWII, Deweys people were directors of almost every Normal College (the teacher training institutes) in the US. At the end of WWII the Normal colleges were converted into four year colleges to take in the vast number of veterans seeking an education. By the beginning of WWII, three communists' party members were serving as members of President Roosevelt's Staff. About 1950 they controlled the National Education Association and the schools of education in the various colleges and universities. They then began a long term program to dumb down the education of the citizens and to destroy the nation's Judeo-Christian culture. In this they were aided by the ACLU and several of the Major labor unions.

The Russian Bolsheviks in 1918 considered him such an ideological comrade that they invested precious hard currency having his works translated into Russian, even while the Revolution was still underway. Controversy is brewing over new Common Core State Standards in English that call on public schools to emphasize the reading of information text instead of fictional literature. According to the Washington Post, English teachers across the country are upset by what they consider the governments effort to drive literature out of the classroom. English teachers are right to be upset, but they shouldnt take it personally. The government has nothing much against literature, per se. Rather, this initiative is driven in large part by the desire to promote political propaganda in the classroom. The study of literature is being downgraded in the process, but for a good cause. .Consider that one of the informational texts recommended as a replacement for, say, Great Expectations is Executive Order 13423: Strengthening Federal Environmental, Energy, and Transportation Management. Students would thus study government propaganda in English class (this Executive Order

was issued under President Bush, but it is still propaganda a political sop to the environmental left, as Stanley Kurtz shows). Another Common Cores non-fiction exemplar is an excerpt from a 2009 New Yorker essay by Atul Gawande on health care. This too is propaganda an effort to show that Obamacare is wise.policy. Proponents of downgrading the teaching of literature claim that their goal is to make sure U.S. students can read and understand complicated texts. But there are plenty of complicated texts that dont amount to political propaganda, much less propaganda relating to current hot-button policy issues in which the Obama administration is heavily invested. If teaching students how to read such texts were the only goal here, the list of exemplar tests wouldnt include one-sided political tracts about health care and the environment. .Consider also where the Common Core comes from? The Washington Post tries to make it appear that the new curriculum percolated up from the states. But at the back end of its story we find that the Obama administration kicked the notion into high gear when it required states to adopt the common standards or an equivalent in order to compete for Race to the Top grant funds. (emphasis added). The Common Core, then, should be viewed, at least in part, as an attempt by the Obama administration to gain control of what is taught in public schools for the purpose of indoctrination. As Stanley Kurtz puts it, Obama has managed to press direct support for his most cherished and controversial policy initiative onto your local school district. Kurtz warned about this move in Spreading The Wealth: How Obama Is Robbing The Suburbs To Pay For the Cites. And he documented the central role in the development of the Common Core being played by Linda Darling-Hammond. .A long-time proponent of a politicized curriculum, Darling-Hammod was Obamas education adviser during the 2008 campaign. She was on track to be nominated Secretary of Education until her leftism alienated many Democrats. Bill Ayers domestic terrorist and former Obama associate on educational matters expressed disappointment that Darling-Hammond was not nominated, adding that he would also have picked Noam Chomsky for Secretary of State, fellow terrorist Bernadine Dohrn for Attorney General, and Paul Krugman for Secretary of Treasury. .. But, as Kurtz explains, Darling-Hammond may be more useful in her role as the leading presence at the Smarter Balanced Assessment Consortium, one of the two private groups involved in designing the Common Core. And Darling-Hammond isnt just a prime force behind the common curriculum; shes also working on standardized testing. Kurtz shows that Darling-Hammond is actually opposed to such testing and that her mission is to dumb testing down. The shrewdest aspect of Obamas education power play is the relative absence of his fingerprints. As noted, Common Core is being presented as having been adopted in 46 states and the District of Columbia. In reality, though, most of them hadnt even seen the new standards. They were induced to agree to adopt whatever curriculum leftists like Darling-Hammond came up with as a condition of receiving federal funds. As I said in my review of Kurtzs book the modern left is cleverer than the rest of us. The rest of us can fight back,

in 1965 (thru Ted Kennedy), the communist agenda expanded to include national immigration policy. This devastating achievement came after the realization that immigration could be used to stack the deck with natural welfare recipients receptive to communist dogma. Prior to this, immigration policy was conducted more as a business interview where needs of the nation and the skills of the applicant were paramount ("Economic Refugee" status was specifically prohibited). This naturally favored Europe where education and modern science gave birth to the industrial revolution within a political structure receptive to free enterprise. The unprecedented progress of this nation was in no small part a consequence of the immigration policy of that era. This was the period that best exemplified the phrase: "America was built by immigrants!" Since 1968, Eighty-five percent of legal immigrants have come from the "Third World". "Third world" is a category encompassing nations who, a 150 years later, are still struggling to comprehend and integrate the industrial revolution as well as the political, social and economic concepts that made it possible. The majority of these third world countries have violent histories of failed economies directed by autocratic statists practicing small "D" socialist/fascist "democracies" (dictatorial communism practiced with a small "C"). If you begin with the logical premise that a nation's natural government is a direct reflection of the character of its people (how can it be otherwise?): it is no surprise that a majority of them are in need of (and active promoters of institutionalized) government assistance (a recent study conducted by the Center for Immigration Studies revealed that 43 percent of all immigrants who have been in the United States for at least 20 years were still on welfare). Obama is intently aware of the progress that immigration reform has delivered in achieving communist goals. During his time in the U.S. Senate, Barack Obama backed bills that would have dramatically boosted legal immigration, potentially by hundreds of thousands a year. Since coming to office he has at every turn taken every advantage to grant amnesty and otherwise legitimize illegal immigrants. The latest occurred during the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy. Citing the destruction caused by the storm, he defied federal law by waiving enforcement of immigration law for illegals now in the United States. He gave as justification that the storm may have hampered their ability to maintain their lawful immigration status or obtain other immigration benefits. While, this was a glaring effort at pandering to his immigrant base just prior to the presidential election, it (predictably) went virtually unnoticed by the media. Ted Kennedy's immigration reform served three important socialist goals: First: A massive influx of foreign cultures would dilute American nationalism*, create .dissension and political schism *Websters Definition of Nation: "A stable, historically developed community of people with a territory, economic life, distinctive culture, and language in common" Second: Welfare programs could be utilized to literally buy the votes to install a Communist president Third: The overwhelming expense of the welfare state (Cloward-Piven Strategy)* could then be rapidly expanded to destroy the monetary system and national economy. They proposed a "massive drive to recruit the poor onto the welfare rolls." Creation of the FHA in the 30s, followed by the G.I. bill with (its VA loan guarantees) had as their objective, providing decent shelter for American families. Combined with individual state construction and mortgage subsidies, an over-development in the housing industry then occurred. The objective group market became saturated and things turned sour in the 70s when the creation of housing units was proceeding at nearly twice the rate of population growth. If one is to adhere to the political mantra: never let a good crisis go to waste one must first have a good crisis". Instead of allowing free market capitalism to sort things out, an opportunity was recognized to further the welfare state by shifting subsidy focus from traditional families to high-risk under-served low-income minority and single-mother households. This eventually morphed into the absurd NINJA loans: No Income, No Job, No Assets. The 08 collapse was engineered upon the housing welfare programs instituted first by Jimmy Carter, and followed by steroid injections administered by Bill Clinton. The 2008 banking collapse was triggered by a series of failures in the mortgage-backed securities market resulting from massive defaults in the subprime mortgage market and derivatives supporting the mortgage market that caused Lehman Brothers and Bear Stearns to go bankrupt. Financial giants such as Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, Merrill Lynch and AIG threatened to follow suit, as detailed by the Guardian of London. As WND reported in May 2009, Obama himself played a role as an activist lawyer in Chicago, representing in the 1994 case Buycks-Roberson v. Citibank Federal Savings Bank. In the case, ACORN pressed Citibank to make more loans to marginally qualified African-American applicants in a race neutral way. Community Reinvestment Act of 1977 The Community Reinvestment Act, or CRA, was signed into law by President Jimmy Carter in 1977 with the goal of forcing banks to provide credit to businesses and homeowners with poor credit. The CRAs purpose was to stop banks from red-lining, or refusing to lend to people in low-income areas because the risk of the loan not being repaid was too high.

Even though lending to people with poor credit is inherently risky, the Carter administration was intent on forcing banks to accept a social responsibility to provide credit to homeowners and businesses in lowincome neighborhoods.. The CRA was super-charged during the Clinton administration with a set of new rules that allowed subprime mortgages to be securitized. Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke, in a speech to the Community Affairs Research Conference in Washington, D.C., on March 30, 2007, noted a 1992 law passed during the Clinton administration expanded the CRA market by requiring the government-sponsored enterprises Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac to securitize affordable housing loans, a euphemism widely understood to mean low-income housing loans. Clinton expands subprime mortgage market Securitization of mortgages into bonds, a process that became a multi-trillion-dollar business in the 1990s, increased dramatically the liquidity, or amount of money available, to make new home loans. Because mortgage originators could sell their mortgages to investment bankers, creating mortgage-backed securities, mortgage originators did not have to hold the mortgage in their portfolio. As a result, mortgage lenders could more easily engage in riskier lending, including lending to less qualified buyers in the subprime market. By allowing CRA-generated and other subprime mortgages to be included in mortgage-backed securities, the Clinton administration advanced a social agenda to extend homeownership into inner-city poverty, where prospective homeowners were typically not qualified to obtain a mortgage. By definition, subprime lenders are not credit-worthy under normal lending standards. They typically cannot meet normal lending requirements to verify income and have a history of credit problems. Gretchen Morgenson and Joshua Rosner, in their 2011 book Reckless Endangerment, detailed how the subprime mortgage crisis resulted in the collapse of financial institutions in September 2008. The authors demonstrated, as noted on page 3 of the book, how Clintons calamitous homeownership strategy developed and came to blow up the economy. The authors call it a story of greed, good intentions, corporate corruption and government support. In the aftermath of the U.S. government takeover of Fannie and Freddie, attention focused on three prominent Democrats who served as Fannie Mae executives: Franklin D. Raines, former Clinton administration budget director; James Johnson, former aide to Democratic Vice President Walter Mondale; and Jamie Gorelick, former Clinton administration deputy attorney general. All three prominent Democrats earned millions in questionable compensation while serving as top Fannie Mae executives. Raines earned $90 million in his five years as Fannie Mae CEO, from 1999 to 2004; Johnson earned $21 million in just his last year serving as Fannie Mae CEO, serving from 1991 to 1998; and Gorelick earned an estimated $26 million serving as vice chair of Fannie Mae from 1998 to 2003. Franklin Raines Franklin Raines problems began in 2004, when Fannie Maes regulator, the Office of Federal Housing Enterprise Oversight, or OFHEO, and the Security and Exchange Commissions top accountant issued reports charging that under Raines stewardship Fannie Mae had misstated earnings for three and a half years.

The $9 billion restatement of earnings required by the OFHEO and SEC ended up wiping out 40 percent of Fannie Maes originally stated profits from 2001 to mid-2004. Raines resigned from Fannie Mae in December 2004, with a $19 million severance package. Raines continued playing the victim until April 2008, when he and two other Fannie Mae top executives were ordered in a civil lawsuit to pay nearly $31.4 million for their roles in what amounted to an Enron-like accounting scandal. A controversy broke out when the Washington Post noted in July 2008 Raines had taken calls from Barack Obamas presidential campaign seeking his advice on mortgage and housing policy matters. Republican presidential candidate Sen. John McCain ran a television advertisement using the Post article as a source to claim Raines was an Obama adviser. But Raines issued a denial that he was an adviser to Obama or that he had provided the Obama campaign with advice on housing or economic matters. James Johnson James Johnson was appointed to head Obamas vice presidential selection committee until a controversy concerning an alleged $7 millions in questionable real estate loans he received on favorable terms from failed sub-prime mortgage lender Countrywide Financial surfaced and forced him to resign. The controversy over Johnson began when the Wall Street Journal reported June 7, 2008, that Countrywide had extended to Johnson and Raines millions of dollars in favorable home loans because they were Friends of Angelo, or FoA, as such preferential borrowers were known in the inner circles of Countrywide. Jamie Gorelick In 1998, Fannie Mae Vice Chairman Jamie S. Gorelick received a bonus of $779,625, despite her alleged involvement in a scandal in which Fannie Mae employees falsified signatures on accounting transactions to manipulate books to meet 1998 earning targets. The targets, in turn, triggered multi-million-dollar bonuses for top executives, including Gorelick. The 1998 bonus reported for then-Fannie Mae Chairman and CEO James Johnson was $1.932 million. Then-Chairman-designate Raines received $1.11 million. After leaving Fannie Mae, Gorelick encountered controversy a second time, over an alleged conflict of interest when a 1995 memo she authored as deputy attorney general at the Justice Department during the Clinton administration surfaced while she was a member of the 9/11 commission. The memo, which outlined a policy that became known as the Gorelick Wall, appeared to put in place barriers that barred federal anti-terrorist criminal investigators from accessing various federal records and databases that may have assisted them in their criminal investigations." If the mortgages you issue meet FHA (Federal Housing Authority) standards you can sell them and you are no longer carrying the loan on your balance sheet. As these mortgages were not FHA qualified there was little ability to resell them. Yet, these comprised the majority of those mortgages forced upon them by the Carter/Clinton legislation. A solution was arrived at: Emasculate the Glass-Steagall act that was instituted following the 1929 banking collapse. This act separated saving banks from riskier investment banking. Allowing the two to merger would permit the transfer of these riskier non-FHA mortgages to the investment banking arm to be repackaged as investment vehicles. The Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act* of 1999 successfully gutted the 11

more restrictive aspects of the Glass-Steagle act and paved the way for the 08 economic collapse. It was the last bill signed by Bill Clinton:

This was the end of the Clinton administration and the Republican Party wanted to insure a Republican succession. As to be expected: The financial industrys contribution to George Bushs election broke all records. Briefly, the bubble burst in Oct, 2008 and here is where we begin to see items 1,2, & 3 materialize:

The stock market dropped from over 1400 and eventually bottomed out near 6500. The economy collapsed. Unemployment doubled, people lost their homes and the net worth of the middle class declined by 40%. Major banking and industrial giants became insolvent overnight. The wealthy stock holders in these corporations also suffered substantial losses. This gave the impression of a shared decline and thereby diminished the logical conclusion among the populace that they had been "had". What happened next was as ingenious a fraud that has ever been perpetrated in the history of economics! Economist Anthony Randazzo of the Reason Foundation wrote: "QE (Quantitative Easing) is fundamentally a regressive redistribution program that has been boosting wealth for those already engaged in the financial sector or those who already own homes, but passing little along to the rest of the economy. It is a primary driver of income inequality. "The reason is simple. QE drives up the prices of assets, especially financial assets. And most of the financial assets in America are owed by the wealthiest 5 percent of Americans. According to Fed data, the top 5 percent own 60 percent of the nations individually held financial assets. They own 82 percent of the individually held stocks and more than 90 percent of the individually held bonds." "Quantitative Easing reinflated the stock market in 2009 and 2010, enabling the wealthy to quickly recover much of their wealth as stocks doubled in value. But the rest of the country, which depends on houses and jobs for their wealth, remained stuck in recession. Put another way, most Americans have most of their wealth tied up in their houses (about 50 percent for most). For the top 5 percent, homes account for only 10 percent of wealth, while financial assets account for between one third and 40 percent."

All this was immensely unpopular and ran counter to the publically perceived foundations of the Republican party. In truth, the record of federal legislation proves that free enterprise with minimal 14

market intervention is no more favored by the Republican Party than the Democratic Party. The only real dispute is over who gets the plunder.

As was to be expected, a shocked (nave and gullible) American public rejected the Republican Party and elected Barack Hussein Obama (see item #5). And, here we get to the most remarkable part of all: this was all achieved (legally) through federal borrowing. This debt is to be repaid in part by extracting money from future earnings of what was once the great American middle class (including the yet to be born) and thru devaluation of the dollar (hyperinflation)!

The immediate and obvious 40% loss of middle class wealth is just the tip of the iceberg. Few suspect the monster that lurks beneath the surface. The Fed is increasing the national debt at light speed in order to build a currency reserve held by the banks and expand welfare benefits to the now devastated middle class (at this point the only thing staving off mass riots). The bank held currency reserves (now at record levels) is to insulate them from the losses that will occur when the planned hyperinflation "kicksin". At this moment the bill being handed to every American household is over $134,000! The International Monetary Fund expects this to double in the next eight years. If continued at this rate, by 2035 the same household will owe close to $1,000,000 (in terms of total unfunded liabilities (social security, medic-aid, federal retirement etc. this figure has already been surpassed). Those perpetrating this fraud, fully intend a total collapse of the economy. Expect salvation to come when the United Nations offers a rescue package with devastating conditions. The Derivatives Tsunami And The Dollar Bubble "The fiscal cliff is another hoax designed to shift the attention of policymakers, the media, and the attentive public, if any, from huge problems to small ones. The fiscal cliff requires that the federal government cut spending by $1.3 trillion over ten years. If we divide $1.3 trillion by ten, it comes to $130 billion per year. This can be done by simply taking a three month vacation each year from Washingtons wars. The Derivatives Tsunami and the bond and dollar bubbles are of a different magnitude. About 95% of the $230 trillion in US derivative exposure is held by four US financial institutions: JP Morgan Chase Bank, Bank of America, Citibank, and Goldman Sachs. With the repeal of Glass-Steagall these honest commercial banks became gambling casinos, like the investment bank, Goldman Sachs, betting not only their own money but also depositor's money on uncovered bets on interest rates, currency exchange rates, mortgages, and prices of commodities.and.equities. These bets soon exceeded many times not only US GDP but world GDP. Indeed, the gambling bets of JP Morgan Chase Bank alone are equal to world Gross Domestic Product. The exposure of these 4 US banks is many multiples of their assets or of their risk capital. Today merely four US banks have derivative exposure equal to 3.3 times world Gross Domestic Product. When I was a US Treasury official, such a possibility would have been considered beyond science fiction. The situation is so worrying to the Federal Reserve that after announcing a third round of quantitative easing, that is, printing money to buy bonds (both US Treasuries and the banks bad assets) the Fed has just announced that it is doubling its QE 3 purchases. In other words, the entire economic policy of the United States is dedicated to saving four banks that are too large to fail*. The banks are too large to fail only because deregulation permitted financial concentration, as if the Anti-Trust Act did not exist.

The purpose of QE is to keep the prices of debt, which supports the banks bets, high. The Federal Reserve claims that the purpose of its massive monetization of debt is to help the economy with low interest rates and increased home sales. But the Feds policy is hurting the economy by depriving savers, especially the retired, of interest income, forcing them to draw down their savings. Real interest rates paid on CDs, money market funds, and bonds are lower than the rate of inflation. Moreover, the money that the Fed is creating in order to bail out the four banks is making holders of dollars, both at home and abroad, nervous. If investors desert the dollar and its exchange value falls, the price of the financial instruments that the Feds purchases are supporting will also fall, and interest rates will rise. The only way the Fed could support the dollar would be to raise interest rates. In that event, bond holders would be wiped out, and the interest charges on the governments debt would explode.

According to the FDIC: 1 out of 200 homes will be foreclosed upon 250,000 new households enter foreclosure every 3 months 6 out of 10 homeowners are delinquent on their mortgage Morgan Stanley (10% owned by China) is the financial institution that took in the mortgage-backed securities and offered their derivatives across the global market. Recently, Morgan Stanleys stocks have been dramatically dropping and they blame the securitized loans and derivatives as the cause of this plunge into insolvency. This Fed's decision ensures that the banksters get paid, the propping up of the stock market continues and the fall of the American economy occurs in a few short years. Between the cost of $650 billion and $1 trillion, the foreclosure crisis has devastated the American landscape like no other scheme invented by the technocrats. The mega-banks JPMorgan Chase, Wells Fargo, Bank of America who serviced the mortgages that resulted in not only the forcing of Americans out of their homes, but an estimated $7,200 in foreclosure fees to the victims adds insult to injury. Just in Coon Rapids, Minnesota, there have been more than 3,900 foreclosures with an increase in state and local security costs after having placed many of these homeowners on the streets.

Bernanke states that it is the weak job market that Americans should be focusing on. And while most who listen to the mainstream media may fall for this distraction, the Fed is quietly acquiring massive amounts of property in the US through their purchase of mortgage-backed securities. In fact, in the US, there are an estimated 1.5 million homes currently in the foreclosure process. Under the current QE3, the Fed will own those properties once the foreclosure is complete. Bernanke has not indicated how long the purchases of toxic assets will go on. However this is a skilled and well thought-out plan by the central bankers. The point is to create a huge land-grab within the US.. Not only will the Fed own a massive amount of American land. Foreclosure and eviction can be justified as a recovery effort by Federal Reserve." The American public will be reduced to serfs, chained to a manufactured debt invented by the techocrats and banking cartels."
Note that the Fed is generating debt by the printing of money. This debt is owed not by the Fed but by the American public. This debt is being used to buy "Toxic Assets". "Toxic assets" are the derivative investments that the "too big to fail" banks created out of the Carter and Clinton sub-prime mortgage mandate. This became legal after the Gramm-Leach-Bliley "gutted" the Glass-Steagle act and thereby produced the economic collapse of 2008; the massive loss of employment and the ensuing housing crisis. The Bail-Out of the banks, G.E., G.M.C. etc. is then charged back to the victims. The fed then accelerates the deficit in order to continue propping up the "Too Big to Fail" banks. This, as well as fund the expanded welfare programs (Cloward-Piven Strategy) necessary to stave off mass riots until all the suppression components are in place. Part of the Fed debt is created by purchasing title (toxic assets) to the homes of the very people who lost them in the economic collapse. These titles are now owned by the "Too Big To Fail" banks that were bailed out under TARP. Once the Fed owns these properties there is nothing to prevent them from exchanging them for U.S. treasury notes and bonds held by China or other foreign holders of U.S debt. It doesn't get much neater than this! Deficit spending is simply a scheme for the confiscation of wealth.

At this point, the poorest 50 percent of all Americans collectively own just 2.5% of all the wealth in the United States. Employees at the six biggest banks made twice the average for all U.S. workers in 2010, based on Bureau of Labor Statistics hourly compensation cost data. The banks spent $146.3 billion on compensation in 2010, or an average of $126,342 per worker, according to data compiled by Bloomberg. Average pay at the banks in 2010 was about the same as in 2007, before the bailouts. Total assets held by the six biggest U.S. banks increased 39 percent to $9.5 trillion on Sept. 30, 2011, from $6.8 trillion on the same day in 2006, according to Fed data.

These twelve private credit monopolies took money out of this Country to finance Japan in a war against Russia. THE GREAT DEPRESSION

Meanwhile and on account of it, we ourselves are in the midst of the greatest depression we have ever known. At no time in our history, has the general welfare of the people been at a lower level or the minds of the people so full of despair. Recently in one of our States, 60,000 dwelling houses and farms were brought under the hammer in a single day. 71,000 houses and farms in Oakland County, Michigan, were sold and their erstwhile owners dispossessed. The people who have thus been driven out are the wastage of the Fed. They are the victims of the Fed. Their children are the new slaves of the auction blocks in the revival of the institution of human slavery.

The Scheme of the Fed

A few days before the Fed passed, Senator Root denounced the Fed as an outrage on our liberties. He predicted: 'Long before we wake up from our dream of prosperity through an inflated currency, our gold- which alone could have kept us from catastrophe- will have vanished and no rate of interest will tempt it to return. If ever a prophecy came true, that one did. Before the Banking and Currency Committee, when the bill was under discussion Mr. Crozier of Cincinnati said: 'The imperial power of elasticity of the public currency is wielded exclusively by the central corporations owned by the banks. This is a life and death power over all local banks and all business. It can be used to create or destroy prosperity, to ward off or cause stringencies and panics. By making money artificially scarce, interest rates throughout the Country can be arbitrarily raised and the bank tax on all business and cost of living increased for the profit of the banks owning these regional central banks, and without the slightest benefit to the people. The 12 Corporations together cover and monopolize and use for private gain- every dollar of the public currency and all public revenue of the United States. Not a dollar can be put into circulation among the people by their Government, without the consent of and on terms fixed by these 12 private money trusts. 21

THE UNITED STATES HAS BEEN RANSACKED

The United States has been ransacked and pillaged. Our structures have been gutted and only the walls are left standing. While being perpetrated, everything the world could rake up to sell us was brought in here at our expense by the Fed until our markets were swamped with unneeded and unwanted imported goods (think China) priced far above their value and made to equal the dollar volume of our honest exports, and to kill or reduce our favorite balance of trade. As Agents of the foreign central banks, the Fed try by every means in their power to reduce our favorable balance of trade. They act for their foreign principal and they accept fees from foreigners for acting against the best interests of these United States. We need to destroy the Fed wherein our national reserves are impounded for the benefit of the foreigners. We need to save America for Americans.

SPURIOUS SECURITIES
On April 27, 1932, the Fed outfit sent $750,000 belonging to American bank depositors in gold to Germany. A week later another $300,000 in gold was shipped to Germany. About the middle of May $12,000,000 in gold was shipped to Germany by the Fed. Almost every week there is a shipment of gold to Germany. These shipments are not made for profit on the exchange since the German marks are blow parity with the dollar. (Ever wonder how
Germany rose so fast from economic and industrial devastation to produce the world's mightiest war machine in less than a decade. The Fed financed Hitler's rise to power!)

The Bankers' Acceptance Racket

Mr. Speaker, on the 13th of January of this year I addressed the House on the subject of the Reconstruction Finance Corporation. In the course of my remarks I made the following statement: In 1928 the member banks of the Fed borrowed $60,598,690,000. from the Fed on their fifteen-day promissory notes. Think of it: Sixty billion dollars payable on demand in gold in the course of one single year. The actual amount of such obligations called for six times as much monetary gold as there is in the world. Such transactions represent a grant in the course of one single years of about $7,000,000 to every member of the Fed. Is it any wonder that American labor*, which ultimately pays the cost of all banking operations of this Country, has at last proved unequal to the task of supplying this huge total of cash and credit for the benefit of the stock market manipulators and foreign swindlers? In 1933 the Fed presented the staggering amount of $60,598,690,000 to its member banks at the expense of the wage earners and tax payers of these United States. In 1929, the year of the stock market crash, the Fed advanced $58,000,000,000 to member banks.
*All paper money constitutes a debt (IOU) obligating the citizens of the issuing country to exchange the paper for actual goods and services.

In 1930 while the speculating banks were getting out of the stock market at the expense of the general public, the Fed advanced them $13,022,782,000. This shows that when the banks were gambling on the public credit of these United States as represented by the Fed currency they were subsidized to any amount they required by the Fed. When the swindle began to fall, the bankers knew it in advance and withdrew from the market. They got out with whole skins- and left the people of these United States to pay the piper (The Great Depression)

Mr. Chairman, last December, I introduced a resolution here asking for an examination and an audit of the Fed and all related matters. If the House sees fit to make such an investigation, the people of these United States will obtain information of great value. This is a Government of the people, by the people, for the people. Consequently, nothing should be concealed from the people. The man who deceives the people is a traitor to these United States. Here is a Fed Note. Immense numbers of the notes are now held abroad. I am told that they amount to upwards of a billion dollars. (Current estimate is $4 Trillion) They constitute a claim against our Government and likewise a claim against our peoples' money to the extent of $1,300,000,000 which has within the last few months been shipped abroad to redeem Fed Notes and to pay other gambling debts of the traitorous Fed. The greater part of our money stock has been shipped to other lands. (Look again at the amounts sent overseas to bail out foreign banks) "Why should we promise to pay the debts of foreigners to foreigners? Why should the Fed be permitted to finance our competitors in all parts of the world? Do you know why the tariff was raised? Mr. Chairman, when the Fed was passed, the people of these United States did not perceive that a world system was being set up here which would make the savings of the American school teacher available to a narcotic-drug vendor in Acapulco. They did not perceive that these United States was to be lowered to the position of a coolie country which has nothing but raw material and heart, that Russia (now China) was destined to supply the man power and that this country was to supply the financial power to an "international superstate" (U.N.). Their property has been taken from them without due process of law. Mr. Chairman, common decency requires us to examine the public accounts of the Government and see what crimes against the public welfare have been committed "What is needed here is a return to the Constitution of these United States. "Asset currency, the devise of the swindler, should be done away with. The Fed should be abolished and the State boundaries* should be respected. Bank reserves should be kept within the boundaries of the States whose people own them, and this reserve money of the people should be protected so that the International Bankers and acceptance bankers and discount dealers cannot draw it away from them.

*In 1933 the Glass-Steagle act separated investment from saving banks and the individual states eliminated interstate banking. Under Clinton, the Reigle-Neal Interstate Banking and Branching Efficiency Act was passed. This allowed banks to acquire other banks in any other state after Oct. 1, 1995 and thereby reinstited nationwide interstate banking.) The Fed should be repealed*, and the Fed Banks, having violated their charters, should be liquidated immediately. Faithless Government officials who have violated their oaths of office should be impeached and brought to trial. *Repeal of the Fed would require the U.S. treasury to issue the nation's currency. There were two U.S. presidents who actively pursued this. Both were assassinated (Kennedy & Lincoln). During the interrogation of the wife of Lee Harvey Oswald (Kennedy assassain) she stated that the Fed was responsible. Under cover, the predatory International Bankers have been stealthily transferring the burden of the Fed debts to the people's Treasury and to the people themselves (Tarp, QE I, II, III, etc.etc.). They the farms and the homes of the United States to pay for their thievery! That is the only national emergency that there has been here since the depression began.

Roosevelt (Obama) and the International Bankers

Roosevelt did what the International Bankers ordered him to do! Do not deceive yourself, Mr. Chairman, or permit yourself to be deceived by others into the belief that Roosevelt's dictatorship is in any way intended to benefit the people of the United States: he is preparing to sign on the dotted line! "He is preparing to cancel the war debts by fraud! He is preparing to internationalize this Country and to destroy our Constitution itself in order to keep the Fed intact as a money institution for foreigners*. Mr. Chairman, I see no reason why citizens of the United States should be terrorized into surrendering their property to the International Bankers who own and control the Fed. *This is directly out of the Obama playbook! Roosevelt ordered the people to give their gold to private interests- that is, to banks, and he took control of the banks so that all the gold and gold values in them, or given into them, might be handed over to the predatory International Bankers who own and control the Fed. Roosevelt cast his lot with the usurers. He agreed to save the corrupt and dishonest at the expense of the people of the United States. He took advantage of the people's confusion and weariness and spread the dragnet over the United States to capture everything of value that was left in it. He made a great haul for the International Bankers.

Roosevelt Seizes the Gold

"By his action in closing the banks of the United States, Roosevelt seized the gold value of forty billions or more of bank deposits in the United States banks. Those deposits were deposits of gold values. By his action he has rendered them payable to the depositors in paper only. Paper money is the money of slaves, not of free men. If the people of the United States permit it to be imposed upon them at the will of their credit masters, the next step in their downward progress will be their acceptance of orders on company stores for what they eat and wear. The objective of this bill was to put veterans back to work preserving national parks and other federal facilities. The bill was proposed by Obama and modeled after Franklin Roosevelt's..CCC,
It is worth noting here that in April 2009 the Dept. of Homeland Security produced a report listing returning veterans as potential terrorist. Having them located under the watchful eye of a Federal Jobs Administrator would reduce internal security concerns.

At noon on the 4th of March, 1933, FDR with his hand on the Bible, took an oath to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the U.S. At midnight on the 5th of March, 1933, he confiscated the property of American citizens. He took the currency of the United States standard of value. He repudiated the internal debt of the Government to its own citizens. He destroyed the value of the American dollar.

Dictatorship
The International Bankers set up a dictatorship here because they wanted a dictator (Obama) who would protect them. They wanted a dictator who would issue a proclamation giving the Fed an absolute and unconditional release from their special currency in gold, or lawful money of any Fed Bank. Has Roosevelt relieved any other class of debtors in this country from the necessity of paying their debts? Has he made a proclamation telling the farmers that they need not pay their mortgages? Has he made a proclamation to the effect that mothers of starving children need not pay their milk bills? Has he made a proclamation relieving householders from the necessity of paying rent?

Enemies of the People They Rob

They predicted among themselves that they would be able to produce a condition here in which American citizens would be completely humbled and left starving and penniless in the streets. (See the list beginning on pg. 3 of this

The fact that they made that assertion while they were fomenting their conspiracy against the United States that they like to see a human being, especially an American, stumbling from hunger when he walks. "Something should be done about it, they say. Five-cent meals, or something! But FDR (Obama) will not permit the House of Representatives to investigate the condition of the Fed. FDR will not do that. He has certain International Bankers to serve*. Do they not look to him as the man Higher Up who will protect them from the just wrath of an outraged people. * In 1933, Franklin Delano Roosevelt, in a a letter to Colonel Edward Mandell House (Woodrow Wilsons right hand man) stated: The real truth of the matter is, as you and I both know, that a financial element has owned the government since the days of Andrew Jackson (F.D.R., His Personal Letters 1928 1945, ed. Elliot Roosevelt, p. 373). House was instrumental in getting Wilson elected. He also was a founding member of the Fed. Not a single president or major-party nominee or Speaker of the House since John F. Kennedy has questioned the Federal Reserve's control of monetary policy in the U.S. (lesson learned)! But FDR will never do anything to embarrass his financial supporters. He will cover up the crimes of the Fed. Before he was elected, Mr. Roosevelt advocated a return to the earlier practices of the Fed, thus admitting its corruptness. The Democratic platform advocated a change in the personnel of the Fed. Gun dealers requested more than 1.5 million background checks on buyers in December, the highest single-month figure since the stats began being kept and one that topped the previous record, set in November 2011, CNN reported. More than 100,000 background checks a requirement for a gun sale were ordered on December 23, making it the second all-time busiest day for gun buying. The first was set on Black Friday in 2011, when nearly 130,000 requests were made.

The day after Thanksgiving saw a record number of background-check requests from gun dealers. The calls came in so fast and furious, in fact, that the FBI centers that handle the requests crashed twice that day, USA Today reports. The overwhelming activity suggests that black Friday was one for the record books for the firearms industry" The FBI thought it was prepared for the day, particularly after hitting its previous one-day record on Black Friday 2011. That day, the bureau's call center took 129,166 requests.
*The total adjusted number of FBI background checks for December 2012 came to 2,237,731. This is an increase of 58.6 percent over December 2011! While, economists consider the price of gold to be the barometer of confidence in the U.S. dollar. I have read one media article suggesting that record breaking firearm sales mean nothing and simply are due to an increase in hunting as well as a new found interest in firearms by women. Really? While Americans are purchasing guns by the millions, DHS has ordered 450 million rounds of hollow point ammunition in the last 7 months. Winchester Ammunition, in 2009, was awarded a special contract to supply DHS with 200 million rounds of .40 caliber hollow point ammunition. Source

The 1 year contract with four option years comes at a time when many Americans believe that DHS, along with certain aspects of the military, will soon turn their sights on the American people during some sort of martial law scenario . . . We are proud to extend our track record as the prime supplier of .40 caliber duty ammunition for DHS, ICE, said Ron Johnson, the president of ATKs Security and Sporting group.
The Fbo.gov website, in a post published reported that the US Forest Service secured a bid for 300,000 rounds of ammunition that will be delivered to Albuquerque, New Mexico. In total, in the name of 29

"Domestic Terrorism", the U.S. Government has ordered over 750 million rounds of ammunition is the last three years! Consistent with their purchase of Ammunitions, DHS has also placed an order for bullet resistant booths. It is not possible to determine the exact number due to a "non-disclosure" clause in the contract. The existence of the clause tells me that the total, if known, would incite a seriously negative public reaction. More disturbing is this: in 2009 federal legislation (H.R. 645) was submitted to authorize FEMA to establish "National Emergency Centers" designed to detain American citizens against their will. When Congressman Ron Paul was asked about the bill, he responded:

Yeah, thats their goal, theyre setting up the stage for violence in this country, no doubt about it!

DHS's Extremism and Radicalization Branch, Homeland Environment Threat Analysis Division quickly delivered to his desk a report entitled: Rightwing Extremism: Current Economic and Political Climate Fueling Resurgence in Radicalization and Recruitment 7 April 2009 http://www.fas.org/irp/eprint/rightwing.pdf The first word clearly reveals what he perceives as threat number one to his agenda. As there is no mention of Leftwing extremists, I'm inclined to believe they that have all been assigned to high level political positions (There is evidence to support this.). From the report:

The Encarta online English Dictionary gives the definition of conspiracy as this : "A secret plan or agreement between two or more people to commit an illegal or subversive act". I daresay the great majority of all crimes committed are a product of conspiracy: If you and your wife decide to replace your home's water heater without getting the legally required permit both of you are guilty of conspiracy! Do people in power conspire to commit high crimes and treason? History is saturated with examples. Two U.S. presidents were impeached for suspected crimes. Nixon resigned rather than go to trial. 130 government employees went to jail over Watergate. Beyond this, a short list of cabinet members and high officials convicted in other instances, wouldn't fit on this page. Ronald Reagan holds the record for having the most cabinet members imprisoned at one time. In European history it was standard procedure for a king upon taking the throne to imprison all close relatives in the full expectation that they would conspire to depose him. In these instances it was rarely about wealth. Members of the royal family were hardly paupers. It was overwhelmingly the unadulterated lust for power. There is not a reputable geneticist, social historian or psychologist who would declare that basic human character has changed in the past two hundred years, yet there is this dominant propensity to dismiss the existence of "Government Conspiracy" as an unfounded theory! "Obamacare is allocating $150 million in taxpayer money to hire thousands of new mental health professionals and social workers, provide teachers and school officials with training to identify symptoms of mental illness and shore up services for at-risk youths. "Medicaid and private sector health insurance agencies are expected to offer more comprehensive coverage for those who seek psychiatric attention. By labeling Americans asunder-treated for any supposed mental condition, this would restrict access to gun purchases in the future as outlined in federal laws already in place." This is especially ominous. Historically mass murders are committed by governments against unarmed political opponents. Smaller group murders are committed by criminals (Al Capone, Crips, Mafia, etc.). Within Recent decades the media has highlighted the emergence of a new category. The perpetrators in this last group instead of "criminals" have been relabeled as "mentally ill". These target an especially vulnerable and universally heart wrenching victim: innocent children. When it is the common criminals doing the killing, people feel justified in arming themselves against them. The usual criminals are something of a known entity. Further, criminals (as opposed to the insane) usually exhibit some form of predictable behavior, appearance and locale that will alert the public to potential danger. This reinforces the public's sense of justification. If the individual is aware of danger, a successful defense is possible against even an armed assailant. Let's assume for a moment that a government wants to disarm its citizens with minimal resistance. The ideal would be for the people to willingly disarm themselves. How might that be done? Suppose that following one such event we mount an informational campaign with the core argument being: " The criminally mentally ill fall into a group of unpredictable and unrecognizable armed terrorists capable of unspeakable horrors without any known trigger point or justification". To the fear of death, we have now added the great unknown of the distorted mind. How can a defense be mounted against the unknown, unrecognizable and unpredictable? Guns are useless as a defense but are the preferred weapon used by the insane murderer to commit his horrendous acts. Elimination of the weapon then becomes the only logical defense. 33

We have just altered the public mind in some very useful ways. They are now willing to disarm themselves, and the recalcitrant can be labeled as enemies of the public safety. We have now made a connection between gun ownership and insanity. We can now with public support, utilize the medical profession (protectors of public health) to identify gun owners (now criminal), which Government (protectors of public safety) can isolate (imprison). Stalin's Gulags and "reeducational" camps were filled with political opponents labeled as "criminals" and (for lacking other justification) the "mentally ill.

Authorities said that its highest number, the crowd reached 2,000 people.

Obama has a problem: Democrats have traditionally found Army bases to be distasteful and many
of them located in Democratic stronghold states have been decommissioned, those remaining are mostly administrative in nature. Of the actual combat divisions, the great majority are located in the hard core Republican southern states. Beyond this, the U.S. Army has traditionally been comprised of, predominantly, men from the very Southern states that rejected him as president (40%). Overall close to 60% of the U.S. Military hail from hard core conservative states. Governor Romney released during his presidential campaign a list of 500 retired admirals and generals who publically endorsed him. By contrast, The Daily Caller could only find 7 who supported Obama! Adolph Hitler during his rise to power formed a quasi military army. Known as storm troopers or Brownshirts, their initial purpose was to disrupt meetings of opposing political parties and influence the outcome of the public voting (think Black Panthers). As his power increased he began to distrust the formal German army and expanded the Brownshirts to the point their manpower exceeded that of the regular army. He then informed the Liaison officer between the regular army and the Nazi party that he felt the regular army was no longer an adequate defense force: "I regard the Reichswehr (German Army) now only as a training school for the German people. They too elected a charismatic promoter of Hope and Change* (Hitler's mantra was "Alles muss anders sein!,": literally "everything must be different" which eventually morphed into: "Unite for change"). It is worth noting that Hitler also began his political ascent by authoring a book). Does not the Tea Party offer an alternative? It does not! If there is anything that republican and Democratic parties are in absolute agreement on, it is this: There will never, ever be a viable third party candidate. I you doubt this, you need only research the candidacies of Perot, Nader and Ron Paul. Typically, a third party candidate is funded surreptitiously in order to split the vote, thereby ensuring a win by the chosen candidate. Teddy Roosevelt's Bull Moose party served this purpose; costing Howard Taft (a constitutional conservative) the presidency and thereby electing Woodrow Wilson (alsocialist).

Now, let us consider the Proverbial "elephant in the room": Obamas citizenship. No matter where you stand on the issue, it is a legitimate question in itself. At the root of all the controversy lies the bigger question: Is the government of these United States willing to be restrained by the United States Constitution? I along with a compelling number of other Americans believe the answer is NO! Obama himself has called for reforming this nation into a collectivist Democracy having .a .small.d. The only professional investigation conducted (Arpio) found widespread and overwhelming evidence of fraud and yet, Nothing! While Arpio is a brave man, the world is a dangerous place. Why he has not met with a fatal accident is an ongoing mystery to me). What is particularly peculiar is that the people (Republican Party) who purportedly stood to gain the most, have refused to address it. They have actually preferred to risk division of the party and this nation rather than do so. It is evident that the man has gone to extreme lengths to conceal something he fears greatly. His early Point Man, he has successfully appointed as a U.S. Supreme Court Justice. This, clearly to protect his position in the event that his legal minions fail to suppress all of the multitude of legal challenges that have continually barraged the lower courts (there continues to be spent millions ensuring that every court case is ejected before a single word can be uttered under oath). The woman is sorely lacking in any other qualifications (interesting how this word keeps popping up) Most disturbing of all is the blatant extent to which this nations leadership and judicial system has aided and abetted him at every turn. Within the public arena, everyone who initially expressed concern has either gone silent (or has "Drank the Kool-Aid") or now profess a new found belief in his citizenship (this despite a steady accumulation of evidence to the contrary). One of the first was the very person who accepted his offer to become Secretary of state. A House investigation would absolutely be justified in proving constitutional compliance. The House has the legal ability to subpoena all the records Obama has spent millions to conceal. At first, I was mildly amused and ambivalent, but considering the prevalence of interest and preoccupation on the subject, it would be in the best interest of this nation to resolve it (putting it all behind us is not a resolution). A president with nothing to conceal, who puts the interest of this nation foremost would want the issue resolved, would invite a congressional investigation. Yet, Nothing! Under this nations standard rules of legal civil procedure the sheer preponderance of evidence could do nothing less than produce a verdict of guilty as charged. 38

Like most political scandals the initial crime quickly pales in a flurry of bigger crimes that are committed during the cover-up phase. At this time they are so widespread that the results of a bona fide congressional investigation would likely decapitate the current government and if not precipitate a revolution certainly a reconstruction of this nations constitution. I harbor no illusions that the facts of Obamas citizenship will ever see the sanitizing light of justice focused on them. Throw into this witchs brew: Ben Ghazi, the dizzying spiral of the national debt, Fast and furious, recess appointments, the massive growth in the food stamp program, QE I,II,III,IV*etc..., an economy permanently mired in recession, billions lost to Green industry defaults, Rices disinformation campaign, Obamas demand for usurpation of congressional power to set debt limit, etc.etc, I have hit only the high points here and yet we now have a stage set unlike any in this nations history. During the seventies there was a study done by the Trilateral Commission to determine the major obstacles to the institution of a one world government. Number one on the list, it was concluded, was the wealth and power of the American middle class. The elimination of this became the primary focus of the world communist movement. Corporate profits as a percentage of GDP are at an all-time high. They own 82 percent of the individually held stocks and more than 90 percent of the individually held bonds. A report from the Economic Policy Institute shows that the average wealth of the top one percent is now 288 times the median wealth for Americans. That number is up more than 50 percent since 2007. The wealthiest 400 families in the United States have about as much wealth as the bottom 50 percent of all Americans combined. The six heirs of Wal-Mart founder Sam Walton have a net worth that is roughly equal to the bottom 30 percent of all Americans combined. At this point, the poorest 50 percent of all Americans collectively own just 2.5% of all the wealth in the United States. Nearly 500,000 federal employees now make at least $100,000 a year. 39

In 2006, only 12 percent of all federal workers made $100,000 or more per year. Now, approximately 22 percent of all federal workers do. If you can believe it, there are 77,000 federal workers that make more than the governors of their own states do. U.S. taxpayers spend more than 20 times as much on the Obamas as British taxpayers spend on the royal family.

Ten years ago, the United States was ranked number one in average wealth .per adult. In 2010, the United States has fallen to seventh. In the 2009.prosperity index published by the Legatum Institute, the United States .was ranked as just the ninth most prosperous country in the world. That.was down five places from 2008 According to the Pew Research Center, 61 percent of all Americans were "middle income" back in 1971. Today, only 51 percent of all Americans are. recent survey discovered that 40 percent of all Americans have $500 or less in savings. A different recent survey found that 28 percent of all Americans do not have a single penny saved for emergencies.

The United States now has the third worst poverty rate among the advanced nations tracked by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development. It looks like the unemployment numbers are likely to get even worse. According to Gallup, unemployment in the United States shot up very sharply during the month of November. Since the election, dozens of large companies have announced major layoffs. For the first time ever, more than a million public school students in the United States are homeless. Median household income in America has fallen for four consecutive years. Overall, it has declined by over $4000 during that time span. The average American family's net worth dropped almost 40% between 2007 and 2010, according to a triennial study released by the Federal Reserve. Right now, approximately 48 percent of all Americans are either considered to be "low income" or are living in poverty. Family homelessness in the Washington D.C. region (one of the wealthiest regions in the entire country) has risen 23 percent since the last recession began. Approximately 57 percent of all children in the United States are living in homes that are either considered to be either "low income" or impoverished. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, an all-time record 47 percent of all Americans live in a home where at least one person receives financial assistance from the federal government. Back in 1983, that number was less than 30 percent. Electricity bills in the United States have risen faster than the overall rate of inflation for five years in a row.

There are now 20.2 million Americans that spend more than half of their incomes on housing. That represents a 46 percent increase from 2001. Families that have a head of household under the age of 30 have a poverty rate of 37 percent. The number of Americans on food stamps has risen to a new all-time record of 47.71 million. This is more than 50 percent increase during Obama's first four years!). After about a year of slow growth, it looks like the number of Americans on food stamps is starting to skyrocket once again. Back in the 1970s, about one out of every 50 Americans was on food stamps. Today, about one out of every 6.5 Americans is on food stamps. It is being projected that half of all American children will be on food stamps at least once before they turn 18 years of age. From the beginning of Obamas first term to the end of it, approximately 4.6 million jobs disappeared. But the number of people on food-stamps increased by 17 million. According to one calculation, the number of Americans on food stamps now exceeds the combined populations of "Alaska, Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Maine, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Utah, Vermont, West Virginia, and Wyoming." Food banks all over America are reporting that more needy families than ever before are showing up to get food. Apparently all these homeless hungry people are proving to be an inconvenient embarrassment to many of America's major cities. The following are some of the cities that have attempted to ban feeding the homeless.... From the Economic Collapse Blog: Philadelphia Mayor Nutter recently banned feeding homeless people in many parts of Philadelphia where homeless people are known to congregate.... Orlando Last June, a group of activists down in Orlando, Florida were arrested by police for feeding the homeless in defiance of a city ordinance.... Houston Down in Houston, a group of Christians was recently banned from distributing food to the homeless, and they were told that they probably would not be granted a permit to do so in the future even if they applied for one.... Dallas Dallas has also adopted a law which greatly restricts the ability of individuals and ministries to feed the homeless.... Las Vegas A few years ago, Las Vegas became the first major U.S. city to specifically pass a law banning the feeding of homeless people.... 41

Since the election, dozens of large companies have announced major layoffs. Overall, large companies have announced the elimination of more than 100,000 jobs since November 6th. According to the Wall Street Journal, of the 40 biggest publicly traded corporate spenders, half of them plan to reduce capital expenditures over the coming months. In 1950, more than 80 percent of all men in the United States had jobs. Today, less than 65 percent of all men in the United States have jobs. Over the last 4 years the number of people on disability has risen more than 7 times faster than the number of people with jobs. The U.S. economy continues to trade good paying jobs for low paying jobs. 60 percent of the jobs lost during the last recession were mid-wage jobs, but 58 percent of the jobs created since then have been low wage jobs. During Barack Obama's first four years the number of Americans "not in the labor force" increased by nearly 8.5 million. During the entire decade of the 1980s (the previous recession) the number of Americans "not in the labor force" only rose by about 2.5 million. The number of jobs at new small businesses continues to decline. According to economist Tim Kane, the following is how the decline in the number of startup jobs per 1000 Americans breaks down by presidential administration... Bush Sr.: 11.3 - Clinton: 11.2 - Bush Jr.: 10.8 - Obama: 7.8 The percentage of working age Americans with a job has been under 59 percent for 39 months in a row. It is more then 3 years later, and we are in the exact same place.

Under current rates of expansion The International Monetary Fund expects the U.S. debt to increase to 200% of GDP in 2020 and nearly 700% by 2035. The interest on this debt will shortly become the single largest cost borne by the U.S. Government (paid for by working American citizens). It is now entitlements (62%). The average rate of interest on U.S. government debt was 2.534 percent at the end of November. Back in the year 2000, the average rate of interest on U.S. government debt was 6.638 percent. The title of Bernanke's speech was: "Deflation: Making Sure 'It' Doesnt Happen Here" Since that time he has demonstrated a fanatical adherence to this philosophy. Amongst a myriad of unadmiring conservative economists he has since been known as "Helicopter Ben"!

The federal government has run a national deficit of $292 billion dollars during the first two months of fiscal 2013. That figure is $57 billion higher than it was during the same period last year. Government debt continues to soar wildly out of control and at some point all of that debt is absolutely going to crush us. Today, the U.S. national debt is more than 5000 times larger than it was when the Federal Reserve was originally created back in 1913 (since then the dollar has lost 97% of its value). Government spending in America has gone up in every year since 1954, regardless of whether Republicans or Democrats are in charge 44

Will The Chinese Renminbi Replace The U.S. Dollar As The Primary Reserve Currency Of The World?

"Most Americans have no idea what a tremendous advantage the United States possesses by having the primary reserve currency of the world, and most Americans also have no idea how close the U.S. dollar is to losing that status. For the past 40 years, the vast majority of all global trade (including the buying and selling of oil) has been done in U.S. dollars. That is still the case today, but things are starting to shift. All over the globe international agreements are being made to move away from the U.S. dollar and to use other currencies in global trade. The second largest economy in the world, China, has been particularly aggressive in seeking to change the existing financial order. As you will see below, China has been running all over the planet making agreements with other nations to start conducting an increasing amount of trade in currencies other than the U.S. dollar. And of course the Chinese are heavily promoting their own currency - the renminbi. So why is this happening? Well, for one thing, the truth is that the United States is not the only superpower in the world anymore. The Chinese economy is actually projected to become larger than the U.S. economy by 2016, and by some measurements the Chinese economy is already larger. So Chinese leaders have been very open about the fact that they believe that it just doesn't make sense that the vast majority of all global trade should continue to be conducted in U.S. dollars, especially considering the reckless money printing that the Federal Reserve has been doing. At a time when the status of the U.S. dollar is already slipping, QE3 is deeply undermining confidence in U.S. currency. And when the U.S. dollar does lose reserve currency status, the consequences for the United States are going to be absolutely catastrophic. Right now, the Chinese are stockpiling mind blowing amounts of gold. They are preparing for the day when the U.S. dollar crashes and when hard assets will be the place to be.

All of this demand has kept the value of the U.S. dollar up. But if the rest of the globe started rejecting the dollar, it would drop like a rock. When the value of the dollar declines, imports become more expensive. So the price of oil would go higher and you would pay more for gasoline at the gas pump. And since just about everything is made outside the country these days, just about everything you buy at Wal-Mart would become significantly more expensive. So enjoy those cheap imports while you still can. The days of the U.S. dollar being the sole primary reserve currency of the world are numbered, and when the dollar dies it is probably going to happen very rapidly."

It seems inconceivable to me that a nation of 300 million cannot replace 545 people who stand convicted -by present facts -- of incompetence and irresponsibility. I can't think of a single domestic problem that is not traceable directly to those 545 people. When you fully grasp the plain truth that 545 people exercise the power of the federal government, then it must follow that what exists is what they want to exist. If they do not receive social security but are on an elite retirement plan not available to the people, it's because they want it that way. There are no insoluble government problems. Do not let these 545 people shift the blame to bureaucrats, whom they hire and whose jobs they can abolish; to lobbyists, whose gifts and advice they can reject; to regulators, to whom they give the power to regulate and from whom they can take this power. Above all, do not let them con you into the belief that there exists disembodied mystical forces like "the economy," inflation," or "politics" that prevent them from doing what they take an oath to do.

Obamacare will spend $1.7 trillion over 10 years on its coverage expansion provisions alone, including a massive expansion of Medicaid and federal subsidies for the new health insurance exchanges. This means that Obamacare will increase federal health spending by 15 percent Social Security has ran a deficit for the second year in a row. According to the 2012 trustees report, Social Security spent $45 billion more in benefits in 2011 than it took in from its payroll tax. In 2012, the federal government will spend more than $668 billion on at least 126 different programs to fight poverty, in addition to welfare spending by state and local governments which adds $284 billion to that figure, writes Tanner On a per capita basis, this roughly $1 trillion a year in welfare spending amounts to $20,610 for every poor person in America, or $61,830 per poor family of three, The median income for a U.S. worker in 2012 was $50,678. This is a decline of 8.2% since Obama first took office. Manufacturing employment in the U.S. computer industry is actually lower in 2010 than it was in 1975. The television manufacturing industry began in the United States. So how many. televisions are manufactured in the United States today? According to Princeton .economist Alan S. Blinder, the grand total is zero. The United States has lost a staggering 32 percent of its manufacturing jobs since the year.2000. In that year, there were more than 17 million Americans working in manufacturing, but now there are less than 12 million. In the city of Detroit today, more than 50 percent of all children are living in poverty. Eight of the top ten states in this category are Democratic/liberal strongholds. In Detroit close to 50 percent of all adults are functionally illiterate. The once great city of Detroit has become a symbol of the downfall of the U.S. economy. The state of Michigan is now laying the groundwork for a "managed bankruptcy" of Detroit. Sadly, many other large U.S. cities will likely follow suit over the next couple of years. Of the top ten states having the highest adult illiteracy rates: 7 are Democratic/liberal strongholds. Washington DC is first with 33%. California is second with 26% (second in Latino population). New York and Nevada both have 25%

Our trade deficit with China in 2011 was $295.5 billion. That was the largest trade deficit that one country has had with another country in the history of the planet! As of Dec. 1, 2012, the total U.S. trade deficit for the year of 2012 is $502 billion. China accounts for 60% of this ! According to the NY Times the project creates 3000 jobs in China and 30 permanent American jobs. This project received a $450 million Dept' of Energy Grant plus a DOE loan guarantee. On Dec 17 2009 Steven Chu announced a $1.3 billion dollar loan guarantee would go to an Oregon wind farm. This was the single largest DOE loan in the history of the program and would go to the purchase of 338 G.E. wind turbines. G.E.'s wind turbines are manufactured in Shenyang China and assembled in Minn. Hardware stores, auto part chain stores, furniture stores, Lowes, Home Depot, all are saturated with Chinese imports!

Before the presidential election, I got the idea to commission a scientific poll to find out what MuslimAmericans really think and how it might affect their votes. The results were eye-opening and alarming. They should be to every American who believes in the U.S. Constitution and Judeo-Christian morality:

Nearly half of those polled, a scientific sampling of 600, said parodies of Muhammad should be criminally prosecuted with offenders given punishments as severe as the death penalty; 40 percent of Muslims believe they should not be judged by U.S. law and the Constitution, but by Shariah standards and Islamic judges;
Tom: France, Germany, and Britain have allowed this. Some U.S. states are beginning to.

Only 30 percent believe Christians have a right to evangelize Muslims; (Tom: nearly all muslim nations prohibit this by law with severe penalties!) 20 percent say muslim men should be allowed to have more than one wife; 58 percent said any criticism of their religion should not be allowed under the Constitution even while nine of 10 said they support the First Amendment; One in three said Israel has no right to exist or were uncertain about it; 72 percent said they would definitely be voting for Barack Obama, while another 8.5 percent were leaning in that direction; only 11 percent were supporting Mitt Romney at the time just days before the November vote; About 55 percent said the U.S. is generally on the right track.*

*Tom: For 34 years Rasmussen Polling has asked this question in national polls. Never once has there been a majority answer in the affirmative. Never once has the affirmative answer dropped below 20% until the day Barack Obama took office.

Maybe you think the sampling of Muslims, 98 percent of whom have U.S. citizenship, wasnt large enough." "Well, shortly after WND commissioned this survey by respected pollster Fritz Wenzel, another similar survey was commissioned by the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR)*, which bills itself as a Muslim civil-rights organization but which in fact is a Muslim Brotherhood front group."

The results were strikingly similar at least on the questions asked in both surveys. This CAIR survey, conducted on a smaller sampling of 500, received extensive coverage by the media. The CAIR survey found:

68 percent of Muslim-Americans planned to vote for vote for Obama with 7 percent going for Romney; 66 percent said they identify with the Democratic Party, while only 9 percent affiliated as Republicans.

In other words, the CAIR survey validates the Wenzel poll even though it didnt seek answers on some of the more troubling issues of the law and constitutional liberties. The Pew Research Center estimates America is home to 2.6 million Muslims. Groups like CAIR put the numbers much higher by a factor of two or three times. Whatever the real numbers are, Americans have reason to be concerned about continued immigration of Muslims into the U.S. when so many already here, including those who have established citizenship, have values and beliefs that stand in stark contrast to the Constitution and the values and beliefs that shaped it. Already, massive immigration of Muslims has changed the very character of much of Europe, where special Shariah courts have been established, creating societies with entirely different legal standards. Do we really want that for America? In fact, we need to ask ourselves how many people who took oaths to uphold the Constitution to obtain their citizenship really meant it. Is that standard sufficient for Muslims, who are ,, ,,,,, encouraged by their faith to deceive if it furthers the cause of Islam?*
*This is extremely significant: If the guiding principal of Islamic society; the Koran preaches: "The end justifies the means" (it does) then disobedience to any law becomes justified and in fact encouraged and defensible as committed "in defense of Islam" (consider the Koran Chapter 9 verse 5:" Slay the infidels wherever you find them"). This literally nullifies the U.S. Constitution as well as our entire judicial system! For a muslim to reject basic tenets of Islam is to disavow the faith and under koranic law, every other muslim is obligated to slaughter him*, as well as any other muslim attempting to shield him! It is absurd to believe a muslim will shed 1300 years of Islamic culture and the basic tenets of his religion upon the simple act of crossing a border! The Muslim concept of law is so far removed from the American concept that the two cannot be integrated. It is for this reason that there is a huge outcry among muslims for a legal exclusion from American Courts and a parallel system of Sharia law to be instituted by which they (and ultimately: every American citizen and the entire world) are to be judged!

Georgetown University is a private research university in Washington, D.C. Founded in 1789, it is the oldest Jesuit and Catholic university in the United States. On the stage where Obama was to speak there are numerous symbols and references to God and Christ. The White House stage crew was directed to conceal these and did so with strategic placement of flags, and the Podium. Still, directly behind him and above was the visible name of Jesus. Obama refused to appear unless it too was obliterated. One wonders why he didn't just relocate to the Islamic Center of Washington D.C.? I personally believe that Obama was drawn to Georgetown because of a shared political ideology. Previously in this paper I have Quoted Carroll Quigley (pgs. 16, 39), a Georgetown professor of government who also attended Harvard. Now, Consider these excerpts from a recent article by Louis Michael Seidman, a professor of constitutional law at Georgetown University. Twelve years ago, in the worst act of terrorism ever committed on American soil, an attack by muslims killed 3,000 innocent Americans. It is now politically proper to distinguish between "moderate" and "radical" muslims. This is absurd and dangerous! It is like saying "moderate air" it is nonsensical ! Reread the above! The reelection of Barack Obama triggered a unique event. A citizen petition for secession was filed for every state in the Union. Those states garnering the most signatures constituted a contiguous block of Americas heartland wherein there has evolved a sense of common goal, brotherhood and shared fate (We must, indeed, all hang together, or assuredly we shall all hang separately as Benjamin Franklin put it). The Texas state secession petition exceeded 120,000 signatures. Texas, were it a nation would rank 15th among world economies. Texas Governor Rick Perry has publically stated that he does not support Texass secession. The fact that he addressed the issue indicates that the subject within the state legislature has attained a level of significance that he could no longer ignore. Perrys announcement is predicable for two reasons: A) the first governor to announce support, will likely burst open a floodgate within this nation and unleash a deluge of pent-up anti-Washington populist rage! B) Perry longs to be the president of 50 states. It is easy to dismiss these petitions as representing an insignificant per cent of the total population. This would be a mistake. These signatures (mine included) are of those who have grown beyond the fear of having our names flagged by NSA and DHS. There is a vast number who, wisely, have not. To get an idea of how much interest there is, I recently Googled "secession movement". There were 1,590,000 results! If each of those represented fifty supporters, we arrive at: 79,590,000 people. This is 80% of the total combined populations of Texas, Wyoming, North Dakota, Arkansas, Montana, Idaho, Utah, Kansas, Tennessee, Indiana, Arizona, Arkansas, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Kentucky, Louisiana, South Carolina, Alabama, Missouri, North Carolina and Georgia. In the history of humanity nearly all important political/social events have been the result of not the majority but a few dedicated souls* (need I point out the communist takeover of this nation?). Historians generally agree that of the thirteen colonies at the time of the American Revolution about a third of the populace supported the crown, while another third was ambivalent.

It does not require a majority to prevail, but rather an irate, tireless minority keen to set brush fires in people's minds.

Socialism
The socialist government owns the banks, railroads, farmlands, factories, and stores, and is the only employer, or at least controls the regulation of production and distribution. Liberty and Secession

If there is any person left in this country that understands the significance of the American Revolution, they must admit our noble experiment has failed. The rational atheist believes that belief in the supernatural requires supernatural proof. They consider their talent to be so refined that only empirical evidence that meets the scrutiny of their rational notion of epistemological, is acceptable as proof. Since such hubris can never be satisfied, they conclude - God certainly cannot exist, because I judge it so . . . They assert this convoluted process as rational. The believer on the other hand accepts that his awareness into the presence of God is a belief. Faith is not based upon proof and evidence. Reason serves only as the means to accept that faith is a belief that does not rest on logical proof or material evidence. Belief in an originator can never provide certainty for the skeptic. But the rational atheist boldly pronounces that god in not just dead, he never existed. They offer no more proof for such a judgment, than the believer. At the very least, consistency in logic would require that the only true sound rational conclusion is that of the agnostic. So what does this have to do with pluralism and secession? Acceptance of intrinsic natural rights that are endowed from a creator are quite different from those rights that objectivism would acknowledge. If man is the measure of all things, arbitrary becomes optional or leads to discretionary. Under atheistic Marxism the equity claim of judicial review of a right, is consistent with varied application of that 'so called' right. If a right is not absolute, it will always be determined to be arbitrary. Pluralism advocates celebrate the value of diversity as justification to accept diametrically opposing cosmologies, as equal. It is irrational to equate these two views as candidates for coexistence. The bad ideology will obliterate the good order. Why? Because recognition in the Liberty of the atheist, requires the persecution of the believer. There is no common ground. The value culture will dissolve to the lowest marginal standard. Since Liberty is the central objective and the highest achievement for human interaction within society, how can the dignity of the atheist and the believer be protected? On the surface this question seems an oxymoron, since their is no unequivocal source for human rights from the atheist camp. But we as believers, accept the dignity of all men. Our responsibility is to respect others, even those who's very convictions seek to abolish our values and freedoms to profess our faith. Defending the Liberty of the atheist is rational, if it can be achieved without the elimination of our way of life and principles of faith.

The secular humanist religiously denies that America was founded upon the fundamental principle that each person is free to profess their belief in God. All too many confuse that such a faith in a creator, is the same as the practice of any religion. Religion and belief are very different concepts. Religions are congregations of people who express the practice of their particular rituals of worship. Denominational sects are not part of this argument. The sorry record of hypocrites posing as religious institutions need not be illustrated. Their kind of pluralism has more to do with rules made by men in clerical garb than submission to divine revelation. Our history is really the tale of separate regions where similar peoples created and settled communities to be with their own kind. Governments evolved under their own unique cultures while under the protection and rule of the British Crown. These regions emerged as individual states that professed their sovereignty as independent nations with customs and laws indigenous to their inhabitants. Citizens maintained their allegiance to their particular state. The 1776 Revolution was a challenge against the arbitrary rules of men. The monarch would no longer be king. Liberty would be sought for every man, with only an opportunity guaranteed, to pursue its quest. The Articles of Confederation were a loose union of separate independent governments, each reflecting varied societies and based upon the consent of the governed. And each state was founded upon the principles of faith in a creator. It is time to admit that the country where we all now reside, is but a sham of the societies that once championed individual Liberty. If the pluralism that was once described as the 'great melting pot', ever existed. it is now; long dead. What possible sensible reason can be offered for forcible intermingling of peoples so varied and resistant in accepting and adapting to traditional values and principles of heritage? Face the facts - the United States is not united nor should it be. Legitimacy of a central government has long been forfeited. So why not let my people go? Your Liberty can be pursued in harmony with your own kind, why not separate? Concede and admit the failure of pluralism. Inextricably the non believer only has the State to believe in, with all its glory in their arrogance of the arbitrary. Secession is the moral course. Yes, you will reply that the government will never allow such a wild proposal. Surely you would be correct, the nature of the federal system is to control people, and would not give up the power to dominate citizens. But that evaluation does not dispel the validity of the ethical case. So much for the prospect of Liberty in a free society. If individual Liberty is to be achieved for the greatest number of people, each person needs to live under a political system that earns their consent. We are all prisoners in a cesspool of authoritarianism. Evil men are elected because amoral voters are satisfied with bribes from their masters. Equity allows for this model to flourish. Atheism justifies its use. And coercive power destroys Liberty, for all parties. It is time to break this corrupt cycle, separate; so we can all live our lives as our conscience requires.
