February 27, 2013 OPENING HYMN: #94 CONFESSION AND ABSOLUTION: P: In the name of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. C: Amen. P: The Lord is near to all who call upon Him. C: Come, let us worship Him. P: Now is the time of Gods favour;

P: I, a called and ordained servant of the Word, announce the grace of God to all of you and by the command of our Lord Jesus Christ, I forgive you all your sins in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. C: Amen. P: May He who began this good work in your bring it to completion on the day of our Lord Jesus Christ. The peace of the Lord be with you. C: And also with you. P: Lets greet each with the peace of Christ, that this peace may be proclaimed among us. READINGS:

C: now is the day of salvation. P: Turn us again, O God of our salvation, C: that the light of Your face may shine upon us. Deliver and restore me that I may know Your peace. Teach me the delight of Your will that I may serve you and live to the praise of your glory. (national church body) PRAYERS P: Let us pray for the whole people of God in Christ Jesus and for all people according to their needs (silence for prayer and meditation) That we may stand firm on the rock that will never be shaken, let us pray to the Lord, C: Lord, have mercy. P: That our stand against sin may be rock-solid as we seek and strive to live by Gods Word, let us pray to the Lord, C: Lord, have mercy. P: That those suffering may find relief, the sick healed, the dying comforted, let us pray to the Lord, C: Lord, have mercy. P: That we may reach out to those who are lost in errors maze with the truth of the Gospel and work for the restoration of all the fallen, let us pray to the Lord, C: Lord, have mercy. P: That God may lead His Church in the light of Christ, grant His blessings upon Pastor Robert Bugbee, our Synodical president, Pastor Don Schiemann, our District President, to those who lead and teach our Seminaries and University, and all our schools, let us pray to the Lord, C: Lord, have mercy. P: Into your hands, O Lord, we commend all for whom we pray, trusting in Your mercy, through Jesus Christ our Lord, who has taught us to pray THE LORDS PRAYER BENEDICTION CLOSING HYMN: #488
