Central Washington Dressage Society & Burkeridge Farm would like to invite you to the rst annual Dressage

and Trot Pole Cavaletti Clinic with Mary Burke on Sunday, April 7!

Dates and locations: Sunday, April 7 @ Burkeridge Farm Ellensburg Washington in the main indoor arena. BRF Indoor arena has equiloft footing, dressage mirrors and excellent lighting plus location for observers to sit and enjoy the clinic. directions to the facility can be found at www.burkeridgefarmsllc.com Clinic Format: One hour small group with light dressage warm up followed by trot pole exercises. $35.00 per rider. Two riders per group. 45 min private dressage with or without trot poles (riders choice). $45.00 One hour small group with light dressage warm up, trot poles plus cavaletti exercises. $35.00 per rider. Two riders per group. Ride Time: First class starts at 9:00 last class at 2:30. Schedule will be emailed to participants a few days before the clinic. Stabling: $25.00/night limited stabling available upon request. Mary Burke has blended her hunter-jumper talent and advanced dressage experience into a highly successful career in teaching, training and competing in Eventing and Dressage over the last 40 years. As a young rider, she competed in the A rated hunter jumper circuit winning multiple championships in the Junior Jumper, Equitation and Small Working Hunter Divisions. In addition, Mary is the only junior rider to win the Washington State Green Working Hunter Futurity Championship at the age of 17, a division normally dominated by the professional trainers. Following Marys hunter-jumper career, she traveled to the East Coast and trained under dressage instructor Linda Zang (USDF O rated dressage judge) and Elizabeth Madliner for two years. During that time, she qualified multiple horses for the USDF Championships in first through forth level and obtained her USDF Bronze medal. After returning to the Pacific north west, Mary combined her riding talents and started ridding under two-time Olympian Amy Tryon and competed in three day eventing. She has gone on to compete nationally and won the American Event Championships in the Open Preliminary division held at Lamplighter Equestrian facility in Chicago. Mary Burkes successful riding background, degree in Physical Therapy further enhance her teaching ability. Due to her expanded knowledge base in dressage, hunters, eventing, human anatomy, body mechanics, and her extraordinary ability to explain the Art of Riding, she can assist riders of all levels and English disaplins.
