A device that receives, amplifies and transmits the radiated or conducted RF carrier both in the downlink direction (from BTS to mobile station) and in the uplink direction (from the mobile station to BTS). Repeater products provide cost-effective coverage solutions for convention centers, high raise building/offices, shopping mall, airports, railway stations, tunnels, and other environments where structures or natural obstructions interfere with signals.
