C-HRMS
C-HRMS is a Web based Software Solution for Human Resource Management of Large Organizations. Developed in ASP.net as the front end and Oracle as well as MS-SQL for the Backend Database Integration. C-HRMS covers complete HR activity cycle. It is a flexible and configurable system, which solves the problem of scalability in large and growing organizations with multiple locations. Its also flexible enough to fulfill the requirement of the multiple group organizations which have different set of rules, department wise, organization wise, employee grade wise etc. C-HRMS increases efficiency of HR processes of various industries like manufacturing, service industry by bringing speed and transparency in the information flow and hence supports the crucial organization asset- The Human Resource.
