Data is retrieved from dozens of source systems every month and stored in a substantial database. Back end profitability calculations and portfolio assignment logic are processed monthly (and nightly) by programs written in Pro-C and PL/SQL by a team of developers in Wholesale Technology Services who are dedicated to developing and supporting both the back end programs and the User Interface of the ProfitMAX application The Application provides Profit and Loss information, which assists Users in determining the overall Relationship or Customer value to Wells Fargo bank. The System provides Sales Officers with the ability to access profitability information for their own portfolio. The Application has grown immensely since its inception. Given this growth, the back-end database structure is no longer optimal for providing financial information to the end-user. Therefore, the front end and back-end database structure will be redesigned. The Profit MAX Projects Team is made up of a team of business systems consultants in the Wholesale Finance department dedicated to managing, developing, and implementing the queue of calculation refinements, system enhancements, application enhancements etc. that are requested and the application would be redesigned called as ProfitMAX NextGen using Oracle Business Intelligence(OBI) to provide a role specific Dashboard upon Logon which will improve the user experience and workflow, increase time savings and remove inefficiencies.

Saudi Telecom Company at Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Sep, 2006 to Dec, 2009 Saudi Telecom Company (STC) wishes to implement an integrated CRM and Billing software solution for the STC ALJAWAL Mobile Business Unit (MBU) to replace existing systems and facilitate the procedure for introducing new products and services in the emerging competitive environment. This includes integration and implementation of new system and full migration from the current application systems. The project involves replacing the existing ICMS billing and customer care solution with customized versions of Siebel CRM, Siebel Analytics, Infinys rating & Billing Product (Geneva V5.4) and EAI. Also the above products have to be integrated with the existing systems in use at STC.
