seller is obligated to finish fixing within 5 working days after receiving, and send it back to the buyer without any repairing charge. 2. Technical support service & training: 1) Technical support: 7 days a week, 12 hours a day within 5 years for any on-line service technical support. 2) Free training: You could send your engineers who have some knowledge of electronics and computer to our factory and we will provide 3 days free of charge training of how to maintain and repair. 3. Installation service: The seller should provide on the-spot installation instruction service for the buyer, including: 1) To check whether the bracket and frame are in conformity with the technical requirements of the structure scheme the seller provided 2) To train the buyers technicians. Field support is also available if the customer pay the tickets, boarding & labor cost. 4. L/T(Delivery time):7-30 working days after receiving the deposit (for standard product models). 5. Payment term: T/T 15-30% as deposit before production (T/T 20% as deposit when order amount is more than 1 million RMB), balance payment before delivery.(The Party B/the buyer should pay for the bank handling charge fee which is around 40 USD when the transferring amount is less than 10000USD, if not the Party A has the right to claim for this loss and not deliver the goods) 6. Quality inspection standard: the Party B has the right to inspect the goods according the national standard; the Party A should offer inspection service(when order quantity is more than 100,000USD the service should be free; when order quantity is less than 100,000USD, the Party B should pay for the inspection service fee according to the length of the service time). 10. The Party B(the buyer) has the right to refuse the goods if the product's quality cannot reach the national quality standard. 11. During the contract's deadline for performance, both parties can be free of duty if caused by force majeure. 12. But both party has the duty to inform the other party the force majeure reasons in 3 working days when force majeure happened.
