writers workshop:
unit: none- district writing assessment We began the K-5 district writing assessment. This is an independent writing piece students complete about what they like to do (and illustrate). Students brainstormed, completed a rough and final draft this week- along with peer editing. No teacher help! They did AMAZING! Students peer edited and will share next week. **All Writers Workshop books remain at school until the Art and Writing Fair in the spring and then you get to take them all home! **
